I don’t know why everyone is so mad. It clearly states that the first couple of episodes are free but after that you have to pay . I have been with them over a month and have completely enjoyed this app and have never had any problems with billing or videos being erased. It has become my favorite past time. The actors are amazing . The only complaint I would have is that sometimes the content is a little repetitive but all in all I am greatly pleased with this app. And it’s quite a process to make certain payments so not sure how people keep claiming to get charged. I had them last year as well and cancelled without any issues and didn’t see another charge until I signed up again. It also specifically states that it can take up to 50 coins an episode; so perhaps people are having math issues? Just pay weekly or monthly . The coins don’t give you enough to really finish when you talking 50-70 episodes a series. Fine print people, fine print .

They stole money from my account as I didn’t even purchase coins but $30 purchases , $9.99 , $4.99, every type of purchase they had kept coming up in my account I had to delete the app and report them but I’m not stopping there I’m calling my lawyer I’ve saved all documents and screenshotted every interaction with the flimsy “contact us” feedback

Ripoff!!! I paid 4.99 and literally only saw 2 episodes. Never again and they better not try to charge anything else!!!

I bought the 4.99 package to finish watching the show I was watching. But it started me all the way back to episode 15? When I was supposed to be on episode 26! So I had to use up all my coins just to get to where I was...by time I got to the episode I had no more coins!!

To Natalie if you see this review go on the Google play store to cancel your subscription so you will no longer be charged also call your bank and have them blocked them from charging you and dispute the transaction and get your money back see if you need to change to get a new card and Google them send them a email a long with your receipt dont let them continue to charge you

I had VIP access for a week, cancelled they confirmed I had cancelled but continued to take money from my account without my consent or knowledge, I have sent them numerous emails and I get a generic email response and still waiting for my refund, they are thieves

I have been trying to reach someone in regards to a charge on my account from this subscription that was not authorized on my behalf. I have never had a subscription with this company, yet I am being charged $386. Something fraudulent is going on, because I would never pay this amount of money for this king of subscription. I need to speak with someone directly as soon as possible.

The company does not care about the customer experience. The subscription is too expensive for what you get. I tried to cancel and was still charged for two months after I canceled. I contacted support and was told that I did not cancel properly. After sending screenshots that I did cancel properly they sent me a screenshot of a summary of our conversations and stated that I did not cancel properly and that their policy is to not refund. So they stole from me for two months and after I provided proof they did nothing to correct it. This company is crooks.

Okay. I was going to subscribe but it said you had to pay weekly and I'm not going to watch it weekly. I don't want to watch it at all. They took out of my $18.39 out of my checking account and I did not subscribe to anything. I did the free trial and it charged me $18.39 before the even the 7 days was up so I don't want it at all. I would like it to cancel and if I have to I'll change my checking account

Im tired of being interrupted by adds. There are just too many adds.

Love this app. They give you more coins to watch free content than almost any other app. I also want to thank them for giving us content that isn’t afraid to highlight our wonderful US military and use phrases like God and country. I will continue to watch and enjoy.

It's a scam and a rip-off app. I just paid $5 and was only allowed to watch a few short videos, then it asked me to pay again. I'm not going to pay at least $50 just to watch one movie; that's absurd!

3. Ad Overload: Ads are a MINIMUM of 1 minute long for, at most, 5 minutes of play time.

Don’t do it!! I have been trying to watch some shorts on different apps, but either can’t get access even after spending money or the short was deleted after being paid for. After a download I lost access to the shorts now can’t find. Had to delete and reinstall and app just get access to episodes still doesn’t work. These apps have no problem taking your money and giving you nothing in return. What a freaking joke!!!

Really enjoy the short stories on Tiktok so thought I'd download the app , first thing this app did was copy my clipboard information which is dodgy as hell so I won't be going any further with this app 🤣

The endings are stupid like the last one tell me not to love you they should add more episodes the ending was stupid this is the case with all of the stories it would have been good if you had shown them getting married etc to expensive to subscribe to and endings are over rated

was promised free streaming to watch all episodes free no ads as soon as you download it takes you to episode 8 around 3 mins in then to watch the rest you have to get a monthly subscription and rather pricey it is total scam would not trust to access my bank or my phone if you can lie in advertisements what else are you hiding

If you guys can afford to shoot your movies in such locations it means you are capable of getting good script writers too.Its frustrating and crazy that in almost all your movies/series for a woman to get pregnant and later come in search of the kids father they are always drugged in some hotel meet billionaire heir and get pregnant etc…its crap and bullshit.There are many different ways ya’ll could use to let a character be pregnant but you swipe to the next series it’s same,drugged at a hotel six years later a kid blah blah ..
Change this up.
And another thing, you all should stop changing series names and the actors but it’s still a copied and pasted already existing in your site series.

BULLYING in series ;
Even in well produced movies and series that have won Oscar’s etc,if someone is being bullied people around that are watching some almost a good population will not be in support of the bullying but you guys have a character being bullied and everyone in the room joins in on the bullying and after someone revealing their identity it takes 40extra episodes to convince people they are who they say they are.
OUTRAGEOUS!! I have a lot to say but I have limited time.,
If you all focus on QUALITY over QUANTITY,YOUR SITE WILL DO WELL AND IT WILL BE WORTH ALL THAT EXPENSIVE SUBSCRIPTION YOUR CONSUMERS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT.
