Great prices quality products. Fantastic customer service, replaced an order of reeds that were destroyed in shipping incident no quibbling. Highly recommend them without reservation

I have used Reeds Direct for many years. I ordered some bass clarinet reeds 2.5 strength, they sent 3.5. I called to ask for them to be replaced and I could send the wrong reeds back. The man who spoke to me told me I had ordered the wrong strength so would have to pay postage. I checked my order, even sent a screen shot, clearly stating that I'd ordered 2.5. He basically called me a liar. I paid over £7 to send the reeds back recorded delivery (which they reimbursed after they found a fault with their online ordering and admitted I had ordered 2.5). I will not be using them again. I will not be called a liar. Very poor customer service. Just Flutes are as cheap and better customer service.

I've been buying accessories for my saxophones from Reeds Direct for many years and have always found them to give excellent customer service - and competitive prices. Goods arrive quickly. Another super example of good service today. Thank you! Highly recommended.

I've been a customer of Daniel Bangham and Reeds Direct for almost 30 years, but I do like to shop around. Earlier this week I ordered some reeds from a major London competitor as they were a little cheaper. Alas, they had the audacity immediately to charge my card but then waited 3 days to tell me that the reeds weren't in stock! I guess it serves me right for not going to Reeds Direct first. So yesterday early afternoon I ordered the reeds from Reeds Direct and, hey presto, they arrived in this morning's post. Bravo!

I've been a customer for 20 years (I think) and recommend Reeds Direct to colleagues and pupils. On Friday at 3.30pm I bought a mouthpiece and 2 boxes of reeds and they arrived 1st Class post the next morning at 9am. What service! Amazing. Thank you. Reeds Direct publish a FREE catalogue full of useful information. Get one!

Ordered a Meyer New York alto mouthpiece, £165, been sent a standard Meyer mouthpiece that are on eBay for £40, no New York stamp on it, it was my technician that spotted it, I didn't even realise, quite shocked.

Get My Marca and Alexander Sax Reeds from these Guys by Post, got to be the Fastest 48 hour Postage ever !!! I'm 250 Miles away, wish they were at the bottom of my Street, Maybe I should move to Cambridge, !!! Cheers Guys.
