I do not recommend . I ordered 3 items from Reebok Ireland. I only received 1 article, the rest were lost. Reebok and UPS Ireland do not admit guilt and do not want to return the money! Reebok and ups are thieves. Do not use the services of these companies!

Ordered shoes 2 months ago. Delivered 3 weeks later and were the wrong size. Tried using the return docket at my local UPS drop off point (twice) but the label would not scan. Had to use An Post to return the shoes (paid 20e for tracking), parcel was returned to the Reebok warehouse almost 1 month ago and i've provided proof with receipts and tracking info but still they wont send me refund. I just called their customer support who were extremely ignorant and kept telling me it was my fault because I used the wrong parcel company.

If 0 were a score I would give it. I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 weeks, to my knowledge, it hasn't even left the warehouse yet. None of this was communicated to me, I instead had to investigate as to why my parcel was 2 weeks late. Spend the little extra money and shop somewhere else.

UPDATE: I was given a refund, not that I asked for one, I just wanted my shoes but oh well.

They have not been able to ship my item after two weeks of dealing with their terrible customer service - do not deal with reebok.ie

For the past week or so I have tried to order items from reebok.ie. Every time I ordered it said payment failed. I tried credit cards, debit card and paypal and it said payment failed each time. Thought i'd try again today and this time it took the payment immediately (revolut) but the order failed. Chat support simply confirmed that, but didnt give an explanation why and then closed the chat. Went back onto chat immediately, gave all the same details again and was just told it's 'due to some technical error'. I was told my money will be refunded automatically, but i'm still waiting.... Terrible customer service and terrible service overall.

They had promotion by 2 get 22% off. I bought 2 different types of runners and did not get my discount and when I phoned Reebok and they said I had to buy 2 of the same runners. Who buys 2 of the same runners. Scam and misleading advertising.

One star as unsuccessful in getting my order fulfilled. Chat service was excellent on this occasion. Ordered 2 pairs of runners. Payment would not go through for some technical reason. However the charge for purchased was debited from my account. Awaiting a refund or will need to open a dispute with my bank.

Update. Refund was given quickly and efficiently not necessary to open dispute with bank.

Purchased runners back in April two pairs in different sizes one smaller, the other larger in case the smaller does not fit. The smaller fit me and I sent the other box back without even opening it. Two weeks later I was told by Reebok no refund would be issued as I sent back the wrong items (apparently I managed to send back the items I didn't even buy based on their opinion). Called them 4 times still chasing for my refund and explaining the issue for the 2nd month: no runners and no money! Avoid it at any cost! Stay away!

Ordered my personalised Wall Ultra 7.0 DMX yesterday and it has already arrived 💜 I have yet to try them for a long walk but they seem comfortable enough upon checking if I got the size right. In line with the sizing of the shoes, the size chart is accurate. So 5 stars all in all for a good customer experience.

Returned trainers in mid October this year and i am still awaiting a refund of the purchase price despite contacting them and I being assured the refund would be processed.

Do not buy anything here.
They change sizes as they want.
This is throwing out money.
