Reeblo more liike Scamblo

Paid $350 for a phone. They sent it. It is a flip smartphone. Upon arrival i could telllll immediiately the hinge was messed up as the phone would not open all the way. Allso it was very glitchy and when yoou did open the phone, it was hit or miss if the screen would come on. After two days the phone would not come on at all once you opened it.
Went to their website and went through the process to file for a warraty issue. You have type all this stuff, then upload photos of the phone. Real pain in the ass. Then after I had everythiing up loaded and filled out, I clicked submit, and nothing happens. I refilled it out and tried three times with the same result each time. Seems like they just send you whatever device without actually checking it out, then if it doesnt work you have no recourse. Pretty lame

Reeblo - Entire Customer Experience is Horrible - Too Much Effort for the "Discounted Price"

They don't own any inventory and as a result their customer service is horrible. They have to go back to the vendors to get authority to do the right thing. And because these vendors are typically small businesses and brandless, they aren't inclined to do the right thing for consumers.

I bought a phone through them and a month later my Camera went out. They said they'd fix it but needed to send it back to them where it'd take at least a month (who can be without their phone for a month). I ended up purchasing a new phone (through ATT - it was much less expensive than what I purchased through Reeblo as they had a special going) and then sent the phone in for repairs. (so i had to buy a new phone to get their phone fixed). They still haven't fixed the problem and have returned the phone to me as it's "out of warranty" now (90 days). They don't stand behind their sales and I'd never buy from them again.
