No delivery, no contact, just wasted time and money
The package was first 1 week pass due delivery. They they marked twice as faild because nobody was home, which of course was pure lies. No contact methods. Wasted time and wasted money. Avoid at all costs.

Waited 3 weeks for the shipment that usually arrives in 1 week and did not get it after all. Customer service not responding. Tracking information is useless.

I’m beginning to think this company is a complete scam! We have been waiting 4 months for a parcel. The first time it appears the parcel was lost in the UK Warehouse. The parcel was resent by the original distributor and this time has been sitting in the warehouse for a week. No way to contact UK Redur UK Warehouse. Do not use this company…..if indeed they do exist in the UK.

I left clear instructions to not telephone me as the reception in my home isnt good. They ignored this and failed to deliver my order on 2 days, despite me staying at home all day waiting. I then get a whatsapp message from the driver and he wanted me to meet him so he didnt have to bother coming to my home. I paid 14.99 (for 2 very light items) to be delivered to my home so I refuse to meet someone because they are too lazy to do their job. Dreadful company and I will be avoiding any company that uses them.

My package has been blocked since 8/03/2023. They are waiting for a date for delivery but have never contacted me. Their email address is incorrect on their website (sends several emails which remain blocked).

I contacted them several times via phone and email for assistance with my order, very unhelpful.
At I first thought this was an honest delivery mistake but they refused to directly contact their UK depot or provide me with details so I could arrange delivery.
My item is now no where to be found and they have ceased responding to me at all. I cannot get a refund as that requires the item to be returned to the retailer.
I have been beyond stressed from having effectively losing all my money. AVOID at all costs.
