The Red Tea Detox came to be after Liz Swann Miller was recovering from the birth of her second child. She found herself to be overweight, addicted to diet soda and caffeine, and regularly binging on junk food. After a surprise trip to Africa, Liz came across a secret red tea that the locals were drinking to keep themselves slim and trim. After much persuasion, Liz was able to convince the locals to let her take the recipe back with her to America to test it. The results were shocking. The combination of the ingredients in the tea enabled Liz to drop 41 pounds in just a few weeks. Further tests showed that other people were able to lose up to 50 pounds just from drinking this tea a couple times a day! Liz decided to combine this "red tea" recipe into a book that teaches people how to make it, and when to drink it. It now sells on her website, and has already helped thousands of people in the world shed their unwanted body fat and change their lives. Her goal is to educate as many people as possible about the healing powers of tea and how to easily incorporate these changes into daily life. Elizabeth has two daughters and currently lives and practices in Mount Carmel in sunny Israel.

Best decision I’ve made

This is heaven-sent! Explains everything you need to know about weight loss so you know why you have to do this and that. Quite a long read but so worth it! Steps are very easy to follow and gives concrete examples that you can tweak so it works for you. Happily said goodbye to 10lbs so far! Thank you, thank you!

I am so happy that I finally found …

I am so happy that I finally found something that really helped me to lose my post-pregnancy extra weight! In just a few days I saw that my weight is lower and I felt much better! This two-week diet really motivates you to continue because you feel healthy and you see that you lose weight every day! This diet is something that we who have an extra weight issue really need. Finally, something that really shows true results very fast!

It's actually working!

Having added a little weight over Christmas (ok :) not so little – 12 pounds to be precise), I’m desperate to get back to my ideal weight which is 165. I’m currently on this regimen and its day 5. So far so good having lost 4 pounds already, 8 more to go. This is the first weight loss remedy that has worked for me. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Great information, great results

This book helped me realize what I was doing wrong. I had been trying to work out, and eat small portions, just like everyone else, but it didnt help me lose any weight. With this book, it went through step by step what to do and what to try to improve. The program helped keep me on track, and I lost 15 pounds in the two weeks! Definitely recommended.

Worked perfectly for me!

I liked the book, especially since it's not all about dieting and starving yourself, but actually helps you learn how you can keep eating (quite a lot) and lose weight! It's all about proper nutrition and counting calories, and, of course, a good exercise that follows it. I myself found good motivation in it and I am very satisfied with the results, but, of course, personal determination is still an important factor. I would highly recommend!

No problem of overweight anymore!

The mastery of this book recipe makes me exceedingly happy with results, it gives a fantastic combination of elements and rules which makes you able to create the body of your dream. Now I find it the solution to mainstream inefficient diet programs on the market especially for people who wonder fast results, it works faster than any other weight loss program in the planet.

I was Surprised

I am not a health person. I can tell you that right up front but I found this book to be very interesting and full of helpful tips. I am actually considering taking a lot of what it said to heart and implementing them in my own diet. You should take a look!

A diet book that's not just about dieting

After trying many different diets I came across this book and it really opened my eyes. The way Brian explains things like your nutrition and what your body needs makes perfect sense! It’s so much more detailed than other diets, it takes you through a lot of the science behind why certain things work and others don’t. I also really like the fact it had a section on your overall mindset.

Excellent diet book

The Book by Brian Flatt is a great book who are searching for diet plan book. It has great information on the body metabolism, how one has to plan the diet without affecting deficient of the vital nutrients required by the body. It worked great on me, and I lost nearly 5 Kg within two weeks without much difficulties with my routine work. It’s a worth buy for individuals planning weight loss in two weeks.

Two weeks is enough!

There are a lot of weight loss books and guides. Most are either difficult to read, or difficult to follow. The Red Tea Detox is one of the few that is easy to read and helps you to follow it as well. The author takes the time to explain things in layman terms, so that the reader understands what is going on but doesn't get bored or lost. The diet itself is also detailed and has the not unreasonable goal of two weeks. This is definitely doable, and once it is done, the results are there for all to see.

An Awesome Guide To Lose Weight In A Short Time

It is a great book with compressive information related to weight loss and it inspires people that loosing unnecessary fat has never been so easy. I have not tried the detailed two-week diet plan yet but I am sure it really works, because I have seen many diet plans and this is the first one that makes some sense. Furthermore, the book explains the reasons behind the unwanted fat and how to get rid of it; the thing that touched me is that everything is described with facts and figures. I will defiantly give it a shot and will write about the results later.

This book changed my mind

I don’t believe in the quick results, but this book changed my mind. Now I’m sure that 2 weeks are enough for changing yourself and surprising my boyfriend. You just need to follow the rules to fat loss which described in detail in the book. I really recommend for reading it.

The best book for weight loss

This book provides information about combined approach to weight loss. I have learned proper diet plan, exercise plan, and calorie calculation. I’ve got good results the two-week diet system provided in this book. I believe there is no other book in the market that provides better weight losing instruction. Read this book if you want to lose weight in a short time without any side effects.

Honest and Informative

The Red Tea Detox, 2-week weight loss plan is easy enough for anyone to follow! The book has a great layout and I love how it is broken down into sections. The book offers insight to people with any knowledge level about dieting. This is a must read if you want to FINALLY lose those 10 pounds you’ve been working to drop for years.

This book explained everything I needed. How to get slim both physiologically and nutritionally. Wao! What a great book to read again and again. It enlightened me more about activity going on in my body. Now I can reduce the belly fat i got after giving birth. It is not much but informative. Thanks to Red Tea Detox.

Best book for diet plan and healthy living.

I have tried all sort of recommended diets that didn't work at all …it’s not until I find this 100% no-nonsense book, The 2 Week Diet plan.
This book devises improved step-by-step guide of accomplishing desired results. It starts from managing diet, exercise & willpower, and finally motivation and mindset that help me lose weight incredibly.
I followed this diet plan with included exercises and happily, I lost 6 kilos in the first 1 week! Yes, definitely, it’s the best Book with great advice to healthy diet & losing weight.
