We enjoyed the vehicle very much, the process and costs were acceptable. However we were not impressed with being charged both an admin fee plus a toll road/ tunnel charge for each of the mentioned items, then there was charges OLL what ever they represent.

Staff were absolutely amazing, they were able to accommodate my ever changing needs. Couldn't recommend them enough, 10 stars really.

The staff were excellent, the car was dirty inside and the system to take photos of the vehicle did not work as the internet was very poor in the Melbourne airport parking pick location.A problem known to staff but apparently ignored by managemeny

I think I have called more than 20 times, and my email has not been answered in over a week. Paid a 100 dollar bond which hasn't been returned.

I want to give a good review but Rita convinced me to prepay for fuel, reminded me a few times to not fill up, and then never put it on my contract. So I returned the car near empty and now have been charged huge extra fees. Still awaiting a resolution.

From the first phone call Teresa was Amazing , so helpful & genuinely cared about the clients.

The lady at the front counter of Proserpine airport was amazing!! We arrived to find our original car from a different organisation was not available. This woman went above and beyond to find us a car for 5 people (including our toddler) and she did it all for a far better price and car then we were originally up for! Thank you so much for saving our holiday!! Couldn't recommend higher!! I so wish I got the lady's name!!

I picked up the car in Surfers Paradise. I was not sent the contract after I booked the day before (as promised) and although signed on the day, I did not spend 10 minutes reading the contract. The attendant then failed to submit it when I took the car.
It was on return they got me to finish the process. It appears to me the company employs tourists on a working visa. They took a long time trying to work the system out and in fact on both occasions failed, including misspelling my name. The car that I was given had been well used with a big hole in the front driver's carpet. Overall my experience was disappointing and my car, although adequate in quality was not what I expected. From my experience, this company in Surfers Paradise did not give good value for money. I strongly encourage to look elsewhere and try and include cheaper third party excess (not with the rental company) Redspot have shown zero understanding about this issue, probably fibbing about showing me the carpet before I picked it up (as I was unaware of it).

This review is for Redspot in Coburg and the manager that served me is Mohammed. I believe he is most honest person I have ever met in the car hire business. What an asset for Redspot. He is polite, talk straight and no nonsense kind of person. Such a rare quality in this industry.

So I went to the shop in Melbourne airport. First I was told I can not hire the vehicle because I had provisional drivers license. But later the lady told me she could give me the vehicle but at a higher price. I paid 758$ for 4 days!! When I booked the online the price was only 190$ for same time period including insurance.

Friendly service. Nothing was a bother. Able to extend car hire easily. Highly recommended

All the team members which I dealt with were friendly and efficient.
When I explained what kind of car I needed, my requirements were met quickly and the contract explained clearly.
Due to a need to extend my loan period this was handled promptly over the phone.
Finally, I needed to return the car a few days early and this was explained when I dropped the key off and my contract bottom line was reduced accordingly.
All together a simple and pleasant experience.

Have only booked the car with them right now. Jess was super helpful, understanding and courteous. She gave me the best deal, and made things super easy for me. Yet to pick up the car right now, after that will get to know more about their service.

So easy,the service was second to none and the car was nice 👍
