Redserverhost.com is doing froud now a days and making changes with customer data

i am using Redserverhost since 6months but everyday they having some new problems and they change the things without user knoledge they do not having dedicated support team if you request for support then may be you have to wait for 24hours or more than that to get reply from redserverhost apart from that they can change customer ip address as per own choice do not ask anything with cusotmer

good company, i liked their services but some tools are not in cpanel otherwise good hosting
