Worst customer service ever, they dont stand by their products, takes months to get answer. They ask many stupid questions and when you've answered them all, they simply refuse valid warranty return with false claim. Cheap flashy products with even worst customer services, DO NOT BUY.
I bought the GS511 speakers, however, when contacting their support about it connecting to a random device then after staying connected to it, they told me it's a manufacturer issue. I asked them then how to contact the manufacturer and they never replied back despite replying back on my other emails. I was not rude nor disrespectful, I was just trying to get me speakers to unpair from a random device. I don't recommend buying from them as their support is terrible. However, their product's customizablility I find to be excellent.
