Staff very friendly and helpful, the whole process was done quickly and efficiently at no hassle to myself, I was approved the same day of applying with a poor credit rating. I had my new car within 10 days of applying. I would definetly recommend to a friend and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Had problems with being accepted for credit in the past however Redpotatoe were able to help and were great , ex specially Sarah Caves and Lucy Winter, their customer service was great , kept you informed and helped you as much as they could. Phoned Red Potato for advice and within 1 week we had a new car sitting in our drive! This is 2nd time we've used Red Potato in last few years. This time we went for the finance only option as we felt it was easier to go to one of our local dealers as opposed to picking one online due to our location. Service was faultless for both cars, very helpful and friendly staff who offer a very quick and efficient service! Would definitely recommend them!!

Red Potato are aimed at a market where they know they are in control. I cannot fault the staff, they are pleasant and helpful, however, please be aware of the costs and read everything before comitting to an agreement. I was ready to sign and complete my credit agreement but decided against it at the last minute when it was pointed out to me that the car I was interested in was £600 cheaper on the dealer's website. I questioned the agent in charge of my case and was told that as Red Potato do not charge a fee the cars are £600 more expensive on their website, this also applies to cars chosen from a forecourt, £600 is added on to the price. I could live with high APR or a £600 fee, but I felt being asked to pay both was a bit excessive. I have myself to blame for the financial situation I was in and the fact that I find it difficult to get credit, I understand that companies need to ensure they get their money back from high risk clients, however, I felt that they could have been more up front with the £600 fee and a lot of people will be stung with it. They are a good choice for those in a tricky financial situation, but my personal experience is that they weren't right for me and I would rather not use them.

Brilliant company dont get me wrong. Looked at 1 car did all the paperwork......then got a phone call saying " ohh sorry its been sold" i did eventually get the car a wanted it just cost me 35 quid a month more.
Overall good company just a pity a never got an apology for wasting my time at the start.
