I had a serious issue with RedotPay. I sent about €2000 to my account in euros, and they made a refund. Then they asked me for my IBAN so they could resend my money, and I gave them my personal (grey) IBAN. After that, they told me to provide a company IBAN instead, which doesn’t make sense because I’m an individual customer, not a company.

I’ve been talking with your support team many times, but it hasn’t helped at all. My money is still stuck with you, even though I already provided all the required information.
I just want you to send me my funds — that’s all I’m asking for.
I just want my money back — these are my funds, and RedotPay should send the refund to the same method or card used for the original payment (through Stripe).
I tried to contact support, but they didn’t provide a clear solution. This is very disappointing, and I hope they take this matter seriously and resolve it quickly.

this is a fraud bank.
my card got charged 20-30 times for 15-25$ during 6 hours at night time (Needless to say i didn't authorize those transactions).
all transactions made from different contries and with different currencies - CLEARLY a scam!
This happened for the first time in 15 years I use bank cards.
Either redotpay security SUCS SO MUCH!! OR THEY'RE in with scammers.
Either way this bank is a fraud.

I got charged 15 times on my card from all over the world and my savings got away in a nik of time, I told redotpay customer service so they made me wait for 5 days and then said they will charge $50 per transaction! means $750 I have to pay to redot to TRY to get my refund.
Scam fks.

Would have liked to link it to Apple Pay but it doesn’t support the virtual card. Besides I trust it, the card is great especially now in the crisis in Bolivia where no card from the banks really works, it helps a lot. Help Center is great too.

I made a deposit to my RedotPay bank account that was rejected by them. They claimed they initiated a refund, but after more than a month, the money has neither been returned to the sender nor credited to my account.
Their support keeps saying the refund “failed” and keeps asking for impossible requirements instead of resolving the issue.
This is unacceptable, holding a customer’s funds for weeks with no refund or credit is not just poor service, it’s unethical.
If this isn’t resolved immediately, I’ll escalate it to the financial authorities.

My account randomly went into negative and they revoked my virtual card. When I messaged support they said improper usage. But no one can explain what exactly I did wrong and why my account is in negative. BE AWARE YOU COULD BE NEXT!

In short, they stole my money and kept lying about it. They are completely incompetent when it comes to handling money!
I transferred the funds from my personal account to the address they provided me through the application. The funds indeed reached their account and appeared correctly with a "Pending" status.
I contacted them regarding this, and they told me that the sender's name was different from the account name. Ridiculously, they were comparing my verified name with the name of the intermediary bank that facilitated the international transfer. They rejected the deposit, claiming that the name was different.
Despite me explaining that they were comparing the wrong names—that my name is Ibrahim and the other name belongs to the intermediary bank—they shamelessly canceled the transfer after it had correctly reached them. Then, they transferred the money to a third party whom I don't even know, claiming they had reversed the deposit process. However, nothing arrived back into my account.
When I requested proof that they had reversed the deposit, it turned out that they had transferred the money to a third party and never reversed the transaction! They transferred the funds to another country!
Even after I proved that the mistake was entirely on their side, they continued to lie and repeat the phrase: "We have returned the funds to the source from which they came; please contact the sender."
I absolutely do not believe they are competent to handle money, nor do they take responsibility for their mistakes.
