I have done business with redollar now several times and I cannot say enough!! They are HONEST, FAST, and EFFICIENT! I wish every business in the world was so wonderful to deal with! Their customer service is knowledgeable and answers so quickly! They are kind, and most importantly, honest! I remember being very concerned about sending my gold and receiving a payment, but whether you get a check or direct deposit, they send you what they quote you and extremely quickly! The whole process from me getting my quote, receiving a prepaid label to them receiving it, verifying it and money in my account was just a few days! I will never do business anywhere again when it comes to selling my cold. I am a lifelong customer for sure!

Boy, I was definitely nervous when I started the journey of selling my gold and silver. I literally spent hours and hours doing research and getting quotes from different places. Redollar was so fair on my pricing and I literally had the money in my account two days later! I had to write a review because I know there are many people like me who are afraid to send their jewelry in. I encourage you to take pictures of everything you send, and even make a video of putting your jewelry in the double boxes, like their request, when you ship.
I have to make a special mention of their customer service! Anytime I had a question, even a silly one, they responded within minutes. I’m sure they’re used to the same questions being asked, but they were patient, kind and helpful each and every time.
I will definitely be going back to them if I ever require more gold and silver.

I was skeptical at first but gave them a try after reading their reviews. They are 100% legit, I received my payment through zelle a couple hrs after they received and verified my gold and they gave me what was calculated on their app. Legit business that I will be using again.

I am an avid metal detectorist, living on Cape Cod Massachusetts. I often find gold items, and if I can’t find the original owner of such, I have chosen ReDollar as a buyer. I have noticed that some offers on the web show item prices a little higher than those offered by ReDollar, but I have had great experience with them (ReDollar), often receiving More than I expected, and now trust them to provide quick, honest and seamless payment for my items. I sometimes have only one item to sell, and ReDollar still treats me as a serious customer, with respect and professionalism. I also find the free shipping and fully insured methods ReDollar offers provide quick and easy transactions. I had never before received an echeck, but found it a simple and much quicker method of getting paid.
All in all, I’m very pleased with my experience in dealing with ReDollar, and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They do respond quickly. But, they tried to lowball me on the values of my items. Even though their own calculator valued them higher. When I told them I knew they were worth more, they then decided they didn't want my business. So, sellers beware. They will value your items significantly less than their actual value.
UPDATE: SMALL amount? I had 41 grams of 10k gold to send you. That's not that small.

reDollar is the most honest company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They paid me the highest prices for precious metals I have ever seen or heard. They pay 90% of the spot value for gold jewelry and 95% spot value for bullion, I kid you not. I can guarantee you that you won't find that kind of payout in any pawnshop or jewelry shop, certainly not in my hometown. I visited several myself and none offered half of what reDollar paid me. They paid me twice as much for my items then all the pawn and jewelry shops offered and I visited 8 or 9 before I heard about reDollar.
I love how easy it is to do business with them. The whole process is pure simplicity. First you use the gold and silver weight calculator they have on their site to determine what they pay, They also pay the shipping and insurance. They will send you a kit to ship your items if you want. Or you can use your own shipping material and simply print the provided shipping label, attach it to the package and mail it. No nonsense what-so-ever. They paid me the same day they received my package and gave me a a myriad of choices to receive my payment. They will direct deposit if you want, They will deposit the funds in your PayPal or Cash app. They will send you a paper check if you want but I simply printed the check on my printer and deposited it in my bank the same day. It just doesn't get any simpler or any fairer. I have done business with this company on three separate occasions now and they have made a believer of me. I recommend them to everyone I know and to anyone who has silver or gold assets they want to sell.

It isn't always a seemingly trustworthy world. Get a quote after you weigh your precious items. But, by the fact that Redollar sent their mailing kit so fast, that made me realize how smooth their process was. I can't wait to share this with friends and family.

Had some gold jewelry laying around and with gold at its all time high i decided to sell some of the pieces i dont use. Redollar gave me the best price and was also a seamless transaction.
