We have been working with RU plugins a few years. They are very useful and improve our redmine instances functionality. Also, RU support helped us to resolve plugins problems very fast! Thanks.

I'm a casual user of Redmine software who was accustomed in his career to the on-site model with some gimmicks, one of them being RedmineUP's Checklist plugin.

Fast forward into the future and I have my own tiny piece of Redmine with custom theme (those aren't updated often) and CRM plugin. All of them seem like to be a missing essential for the whole platform to function as a complete solution to project management and delivery ;-)

But not all is unicorns and rainbows. As much praise is given to the support team, there are some limits of the Redmine platform itself. These superb features that RedmineUP plugins provide are massacred by the UI (same reason why there are many Redmine forks that try to revamp the front-end to compete with popular SaaS alternatives). Which means there is steep learning curve as non-interactive controls are simply non-intuitive and require more focus in documentation and support circles. For me, editing deal statuses was a mess to begin with.

On the other hand you have back-end API extensions so you don't have to dig deep in the UI when you don't have to. Thing is, technical people can manage this, but the dated foundation is a word of caution for people who aren't experienced in web technology; hence making it a specialized software for a rather narrow audience...

The Plugins are lifesavers!
They help working much more efficient and the support also helps when you need something!
Greatly recommended if you use Redmine!

I have worked with RU a lot over the years, deploying redmine for various clientele and businesses, who are tired of spending enormous amounts of money to do very little. Redmine doesn't do everything, but it is such a strong foundation, with RU it can do so much of core line of business while preserving capital in the organization for other uses. And the RU staff are responsive, helpful, and engaged! I highly recommend!!!

We bought the Agile and have some free plugins as well. The support of Redmine UP was always tremendous.

We're using Redmine with some Plugins from RedmineUp for many years now, most important the Heldpdesk. We are happy with the functionality, and the few times we needed help we received quick help from redmineup.com. So everything is fine.

We have tried several tools about teamwork. redmineup brings new work experience. Easy to use for users and easy to deal with by mis with lots resource.We really appreciate that.

We use the Agile PRO plugin for Redmine. Works fine, low cost and multiple teams are working with it. It does the job without problems and the only issue I had was that I overlooked something. The response was quick and friendly.

I have bought several plugins from redmineup, and not only to they extend redmine to the point where it replaces much more costly software, with elegance... they are more than fairly priced and provide TOP NOTCH support and service. All my questions are answered, issues noted and fixed. It's been a 5 star experience for sure.

We consider RedmineUP an essential extension to Redmine for everyone that does agile. The added capabilities makes eases the workflow and enables good Scrum practices.

We are using the whole RedmineUP plugins suite. To this day we profit from the extensive use of all the plugins in our daily management of our tickes. Just weeks ago we stwitched from another tool to the helpdesk plugin to realize our support process within redmine.
Their support helped us resolve many issues and they were always fast and on point.

When I upgraded my Redmine installation, I have faced with small bug in Highrise theme which my colleagues are actively using. Because I am not an frontend developer, I did not try to fix problem myself, but send an e-mail to developers. They are responded quickly, and 2 days later, they sent me fixed version of this theme! Well done!

We are using RedmineUP plugins for several years now, had one or two custom developments done for us and a few support cases.
Can't complain about anything, plugins work great, support is very good, prices for customizations are humane :)
