I ordered the Advantage Red Light Wrap to help with some back problems. The company were great with their communications as I had a few initial questions. It arrived promptly and I have now been using it twice a day for just over a week. Having had daily back and hip pain for a year which has stopped me from sleeping and doing what I want to I am now in a lot less pain. I have been able to sleep and walk with minimal discomfort! I’m hesitant to say it’s cured but it’s at least 75% better. The real test is when I try a long walk as that usually triggers the muscle spasm. So fingers crossed…..

Fabulous product, great service and lots of information on how to use it

Bought the lamp for cosmetic reasons, to use on my hands, and unexpectedly cured my Carpal Tunnel syndrome! Now I know that it works.
Red Light Rising customer service and aftercare are amazing. Quick response, great communication.

Ordered mid March. Queried Mid April where my order was. Was told that they are out of stock and would send on the item in May. I highlighted that they should have notified me of this.

Mid May asked where my order was. Told me it was out of stock again. Advised me to purchase a more expensive product again, even though I told them I was on disability support and had limited funds.

Waiting on refund. Not impressed at all.

The people at Red Light have helped me exemplary when the goods got stuck in transit. The Target Light 670nm - Handheld Red Light therapy is very practical. Since I have only been using it for 2 days, I am very curious about what effects it will have in the

ordered, waited. Nothing. 2 weeks . i contacted them. Product is out of stock for 2 months. When were you going to mention that??? Wasnt mentioned at the time of ordering, or after the order. I had to contact them. Phone number doesnt work . Dodgy , poor business practices. Lets see how long the refund takes.

My Target Light 2.0 - Handheld Red Light Therapy device is very powerful. I am happy that only need to use it for 5 minutes a day to notice a difference.

I bought my light after borrowing my son in law’s so I ordered the next one up, wonderful light, so well constructed with high quality materials, more importantly its the only thing that has taken the swelling down on by elbow bursitis after 6 months within a couple of weeks, its relieving my daughter bladder pain from IC (which nothing does) and it has relieved my husband’s arthritis in his thumbs and pain from diverticulitis of colon. Honestly this handheld light is nothing short of a miracle and will be getting something much bigger next.
