I got the redlight rising paingo a few months ago as a more portable option to use red light therapy on the move. I was a little sceptical at first, because it’s battery operated and not connected to the mains. But after a few months of use by me and the whole family including my dog. I’m pleased to report that this clever device is game changer for red light therapy use. I use for wrist joint pain while I’m in the car or on my back while watching tv. I even use it while I’m using my bigger light on my spine. I wrap it around my wrists or shins/knees for extra coverage to multiple areas. I already have the advantage 900 and target light and have alway enjoyed the benefits of both, which I got when I herniated a cervical disc. And I’ve received a first class service from RLR. Whether it’s product care or a question about RL therapy, I can find the answer, on the website or I get to speak to Bryan who is very knowledgeable about his products. They even do helpful Q&A’s on Instagram. I would definitely recommend.

The relief I got after using the Target Light 2.0 was just awesome, wasn't straight away, and I didn't think it would be. However, 5 days of 15mins on my Rotator Cuff tear, pain relief of 70% able to sleep on my side now. Cracking piece of kit, lent it to few of clients, again with good results.

I was waiting for few months to write a valid review. I started to use the half stack Red Light in October. I did not feel immediate relief from pain but could observe more energy and more stable and positive mood since the first week. As I progressed with daily usage on all body I could feel that my pain is less invasive and I am able to be more active. It is not miraculous cure but it definitely helps with energy, moods and lessening pain. I suffer with severe fibromyalgia and most of my days I spent with minimal movement. Now I was able to add some exercises and I am not avoiding moving around the house as much as before so I can say the Red light is definitely WORTH IT. For full disclosure the Red light is just a one part of my self-treatment routine but it is very important one.

The target light 2.0 is perfectly fine. It arrived promptly. But info on HOW to use it, in terms of which setting for what application (eg eyes) is non existent. When contacting the company direct to ask for advice, the response was "we can't really give that sort of advice". Well, if the company is happy to sell the product to the public, they should really be confident enough to also offer indicative guidance on the do's/don'ts of usage too.
