4 Month wait for tile delivery - Awful - They are not interested

We have used Redland Double Roman tiles on three of our projects before. The tiles are durable and quick to install.
However for the latest order,
We ordered the tiles in November 2021 and In March 2022 we are still waiting. Calls to their sales/ production customer service are met with indifference and cant speak to you and a ...too busy to bother... approach.
Being "busy" is not an excuse - We will be using an alternative supplier in future. If you considering BMI Redland I suggest you consider an alternative supplier.
And to their customer services...Time to Buck your ideas up BMI Redland.
