Excellent service, very caring and offered good advice.

I highly recommend especially when it’s your first time getting earwax removal I recommend people just go for it and it’s worth every penny and it’s a reasonable price and the guy who does. It is very lovely and friendly to get on with I will definitely be having him out again when I need my ears cleaning out next and thank you x

Phil was great at explaining the procedure and what to expect. Everything was very professional and it was great this could all be done in the comfort of my own home. I had a build up of wax which was causing me discomfort and affecting my hearing. Phil removed this and it has made a vast improvement. Overall great service. I will recommend him to all my family and friends.

The service provided was second to none, i had to cancel and reschedule and all was managed perfectly. I have now set up a recurring session every few months. NHS had let me down so many times, and Phil even came to my house. Highly recommended

Fantastic customer service! He took the time to explain everything and answered any questions I had.

I had the suction procedure, and he fully explained what was in my right ear, which was some skin and wax. He removed it with ease, and straight afterwards I felt much better in my right ear. I even saw what came out in the tube of the suction machine.

Very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this service and will look to book a yearly check for my ears.

I had muffed hearing and call and came to house and found no wax but found other with inner ear thank you so much mark.

I’d been waking up every morning with muffled hearing in my right ear and thought it might be something more serious. After an examination, Rediscover Hearing found one ear completely blocked with wax and the other partially blocked. The wax removal was quick, professional and much more comfortable than I expected. For the first time in a long while, I woke up the next morning hearing normally. Really friendly service, clear advice on preventing future build-up, and I left feeling reassured. Highly recommend.
