Redefining Web helped us with SEO, and we’re really happy with the results. Things started improving steadily, and communication was easy.

We were using the Affiliate Pro – WordPress Affiliate Program Plugin with MLM for several months.
Everything seemed fine — until two days after support expired, when things mysteriously started to fall apart:

Referrals stopped registering completely

Commissions were not calculated at all

Orders from real affiliate links were being ignored

Even confirmed MLM downlines couldn’t generate a single referral

And most shockingly: a hidden 10-referral limit per upline suddenly kicked in, contradicting the core logic of any Unilevel system.

We tested every angle:

Rewriting hooks

Debugging cookies

Injecting JavaScript manually to track affiliate IDs

Even built custom logging just to make the plugin work…

Nothing worked.

Then we reached out — and the only reply we got was:

"Renew support so we can help you."

How convenient…
The plugin breaks exactly when support ends, and fixing it means you pay again to unlock something that was broken in the first place.

This is not a minor bug. These are structural issues in the plugin’s core logic.
It feels like a deliberate strategy: offer limited functionality up front, then block it unless you keep paying.

🛑 Final Warning to Others:

Referral logic = broken

MLM logic = flawed

Auto-tracking = unreliable

Support = hostage-style

Business trust = lost

If you're serious about your affiliate marketing system, this plugin will fail you when it matters most.

this plugin gives you the possibility to customise templates and create different ones for both invoices, credit notes and packing slips. in addition, I asked for support to have the sequential order number in the documents (integration with 3-party plugin “Sequential Order Number for WooCommerce“) so as not to use the non-sequential default number that woocommerce generates, I must say that the support has been excellent.

another important point, it’s cost is quite good compared to the functions it offers compared to competitors’ costs and also quality verified by envato.

I've never encountered a company in my life that responds so quickly. Moreover, it's even rarer to find a company that immediately makes corrections no matter how many times different issues are raised. Five stars aren't enough here. It truly deserves a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

Customer support is awesome. I use a couple of WP plugins from RTW and they work fantastic. I have had issues with setup that were mainly my misunderstanding but support got me back on track in no time. Plugins work great. Website works great. If I do have an issue I know support will have my back! I would recommend RTW to anyone who asks.

We had tried a few things. In our experience, it is currently the best plugin for generating product pages as PDFs. The structure is intuitive and clearly structured. The output PDF page is nicely structured and built. In addition, there is the possibility to customize the page to your own needs with your own CSS.
