Stay away from this dump. Support is never usefull. They won't send my payout. Been 5+ days. Most likely they will not send it. Because 5 days is absolutely unheard of nowadays. They no longer offer Quara games, most likely due to a decent RTP. Also they have annoying KYC that takes a week to get done, 150$ minimum withdrawal with 2500$ maximum. We know the fact is that them saying there is a withdrawal Q is a lie. Been playing Red Dog for over 4 years. Made a deposit and selected one of the bonuses available. Deposit and bonus were added to my account. Next day I logged in to play and my deposit with bonus had disappeared. Chat session I was told that the bonus had a twenty four hour restriction which had expired so Red Dog took the entire amount in my account. The bonus when selected in the deposit process never identified or stated sny type of restriction. I had many bonuses given on numerous deposits in the past withered Dog and NEVER had an issue. New owners of Ted Dog are scammers, don’t join this blacklisted casino!!!!!

This site is an absolute scam. If you deposit money and get a bonus and you bet over 10 dollars ever you never get to withdraw any money and you lose all of your profits. I made 2000 dollars, tried to withdraw it and they denied it and reduced my balance to 50 dollars because "I bet over 10 dollars in a hand" and they sited some fine print that is hidden somewhere on their site. I used to enjoy this casino until I actually won something and attempted to withdraw my winnings. I hit $2000 and requested all of it. I was approved for $300. Took over a week to get. Then I requested the remaining balance. I was approved again for $300 more. I’m now on my third request to try and get all of my money at once. This is ridiculous. Save your money and your time.

Won $2500 end of November- 6 weeks ago now going into 7th week.. Billing at red dog said it was credited back to my card on file. I never received. I checked with the bank and they had no record.The billing dept asked for my bank statement which I sent Dec. 28. I contacted chat beginning of november and they said they had elevated it to an account manager.

The last two weeks they do not respond to chat, they do not respond to email and 3 different vip individuals have ignored me as well.

I consider this fraudulent at this point in time. They basically stole my money. This is unacceptable and I will not go away

I reached out to reddog directly on feb 16 as suggested. I have received no response. They have kept my funds and refuse to admit the funds were never received even after is gave them a copy of my bank account. This has been from 2.5 months. THEY ARE CRIMINAL DO NOT PLAY HERE
