Attended 1 day course first aid in work place today in Portsmouth . Rebecca H was an excellent trainer, she was engaging, professional & obviously very passionate and knowledgeable in her teaching of the subject! Hope my next refresher course is delivered by Rebecca H .

I completed my 2 Day First Aid at Work requalification today. Rebecca Hutcheson delivered my training. Rebecca is by far the best instructor I've had in my 22 years as a First Aider. All of the information was presented in a clear and concise way, which definitely helps to absorb it all, her knowledge is second to none. I hope Rebecca does my next requalification.

Tamira and Amy were brilliant at our Emergency first aid in the work place course. Thank you for your knowledge and engaging us all, especially on a Friday! Great team !!

Our course instructor Rebecca H was fantastic. The course was enjoyable and the content was delivered clearly and in such a way that I found it easy to retain the many topics we covered. We had a nice small group which I think was also a real plus.

I booked for a Paediatric First Aid course and was told that I would had a certificate by the trainer. I asked a confirmation by the end of the class and she reconfirmed that my certificate was on the way in a week time.
I contacted Red Cross and told me they had a technical error and my certificate would be sent in the same day via email. I was misleaded by their staff. I did a course that it does not renewed my previous certificate. So wasted both money and time. Thank you British Red Cross!! Never ever again!! Stefania

I attended the above course. My trainer was a lovely lady called Heather aylett . She delivered the course content professionally and with current knowledge. She treated me as an individual. In addition to this she also displayed humour, kindness and happiness throughout the 3 days, even though she was ill she tried her best to deliver the best training and I’ve learnt a lot from these 3 days.
Thank you Heather and hopefully in 3 years you can take me for my refresher.

I attended the 3day first aid course in Coventry on the 20th of November 23
It was the best course I can honestly say iv ever been on
It was very interactive and heather our first aid tutor was brilliant
I would recommend this course you won't be disappointed

She treated me as an individual (as well as the other seven attendees). Tracy was an amazing tutor for my First Aid refresher, very informative but also had a sense of humor.

My first time attending the emergency first aid at work course. Rebecca is very knowledgeable and explains the course well, and you can tell she cares about her work! There was a good mix of practical and theory throughout the day. Definitely learnt a lot

Ordered a simple walking frame that is urgently required, in stock , paid on the 17th. No feed back or order status update, now on phone 25minutes waiting. Disappointed with this organisation.
Update now 30th after more emails and no feed back, refund and also they have delivered the frame that's not needed. I seriously believe this bureaucratic organisation is wasting money, that is donated in good faith by many. I shall no longer be donating.

This was the most engaging first aid course I have ever attended. Heather, the trainer, explained everything clearly and patiently answered our many questions. There was a good balance between theory and practice. I’m so glad we chose Red Cross for our first aid training. Jacky

The British Red Cross staff from Nottingham delivered variouse pieces of equipment to my 92 yr old Mum who had suffered several falls recently.
Their customer care skills were impeccable 👌 Thank you Rob and Andy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my three day first aid training course. The Instructor was Rebecca Hutchison and I found that content of the course and the way it was presented was excellent. For me Rebecca ran the course in a very relaxed way making more interesting and easy to digest, giving delegates regular positive feedback throughout the course.Big thank you to Rebecca. I will benefit greatly from this course.
