No goods received, poor customer service, waited 3 months for my money to be refundedDespite shipping confirmation and…

Despite shipping confirmation and tracking number, the ordered items never arrived ... customer service responds with a delay of 1 week, if they respond at all. I waited a total of 3 months for my goods or a refund of the purchase price, contacted customer service at least 10 times, a miracle that I finally got my money back after more than 3 months. Absolutely dubious company

We have contacted our credit card…

We have contacted our credit card company and they are investigating what looks like a scam. Red de camuflaje sent the shade cloth via DHL to another address not ours. DHL tell us that Red de camuflaje gave them a different address than ours (A totally different town). It was delivered and signed for by someone other than us.
