The first pickup went well. They sent an email when on the wat to pick up recycling items. The second pickup I received an email stating I was on their route, but items were not picked up. I wouldn't recommend this service.
This business is terrible. First I tried to sign up to get recycling delivery and they didn’t accept my address online. I reached out via email and was asked one question at a time to setup my account, until I stopped getting a response for 3 weeks. Then I called and finally set up an account. The our first two pickups, we followed all the rules and set our recycling out before 10pm the night before. Both of our first two pickups they claimed they came and nothing was set out!!! From the photos they shared it’s clear they went to the wrong address!! This is sooo much work just to get a recycling pickup from a service we are paying over $400 a year to. Hold your pickup employees to a higher standard, this service is terrible. Wish there was another option besides putting our recycling in the landfill.
