I can see that you contacted us on the 20th November about your bin splitting and we responded to your original e-mail but we did miss your follow up. This was due to genuine human error on our part and we apologise for this.
As mentioned in our first e-mail response these bins are incredibly strong and robust, having withstood rigorous testing in our warehouse to ensure they are fit for purpose. We have attempted to replicate the bin falling out of your van in which you stated the damage happened and we have not experienced any issues nor any damage to the bin.
We have now responded to you personally via e-mail to address this matter.

whilst we had to wait longer than anticipated, i was quickly contacted and given the option to cancel with a complete refund or to wait until stock arrived.

The service provided by this company is very good, packaging very good, tinny delivery and well tracked.
The bags when in use are strong, and suit the needs of family use well for disposing of house holds kitchen and food contents.

I had a mixed experience with Recycling Bins via their website, recyclingbins.co.uk. The site is easy to navigate with clear pictures and descriptions, though the products might appear larger than they actually are. Delivery was quick and the bins arrived well-packaged, but the sizing discrepancy was a bit disappointing. Although the quality seems decent for the price and previous purchases have been satisfactory, there's room for improvement in product representation.

We are currently looking at a better system to show the sizes of our bins in situ to make it easier to identify the size of the bin you're after. However, there are limited options apart from the actual dimensions of the bin. Currently, we show all of the dimensions of our bins in the pictures provided as well as at the bottom of the product description to help customers get a visual of idea of the bin size before ordering. If you have any questions at all, our team are available by email, on the phone or on our live chat service.
We will keep working on improving our service and hopefully we will have improved in product representation on your next purchase,

Good choice of quality products
Descriptions on the website are matched well to the products so the perfect items are ordered first time round. They have bins to suit everyone and the ones I have ordered have got everyone recycling.
Products are great quality, delivery was quick and well packaged.

Fantastic customer service from Dean today. I have a Braintumour, he was very considerate towards me. I needed some kitchen recycling bins for my rental property, I had seen some but didn’t know the sizes as I have a small kitchen, Dean suggested the stackable bins which have different coloured lids and stickers for the front, it was exactly what I was after. Dean talked me through getting them over the phone while I was on the website. Great job and thank you so much again

I have looked into this for you and can see you ordered past the cut-off on Wednesday, you were made aware first thing on Thursday that there was a slight delay and the products were dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. There should have been a note on the website informing of a slight delay in orders due to a warehouse move.
I again apologise for the delay you have experienced and I will ask our web team to investigate the reason you didn't see a note on our website.

I can see our team emailed you within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm there was a slight delay, there should have been a note on the website informing of a delay in orders due to a warehouse move. I apologise you didn't see this.
We would have been able to cancel your order at any point and offer a full refund, allowing you to source products elsewhere if you had wanted. I have checked the tracking and can see that it is with DPD and should be with you tomorrow morning.
