Warning: Avoid This Company's Subscription Service - A Costly Mistake
I strongly advise against using this company's services. They lock you into a subscription without proper notification. In my case, crucial emails from them landed in my spam folder, resulting in me missing payments by over two months. Consequently, I was slapped with an additional charge of 130 euros by debt collectors, as their communication also ended up in spam. Despite explaining my situation to the company, they showed no empathy or willingness to resolve the issue. It's evident that their customer service is lacking, and their practices seem dubious, bordering on scam-like behavior. If you value your money and peace of mind, steer clear of this company. Their disregard for customers' concerns and apparent indifference towards rectifying problems is alarming. I urge you not to support them with your hard-earned money, as there are surely better alternatives out there.

We have read your review attentively and regret that you are not satisfied with our service. We always endeavor to offer our customers the best possible service, and we would like to explain the problem you have encountered in a comprehensible manner.
During the ordering process you will be informed several times that the order is a subscription order, so the product is already labeled as "System Participation (undated)". Furthermore, you must actively accept our GTCs during the ordering process; the conditions can be viewed transparently on our website at any time.
We understand that our attempts to communicate with you by email have ended up in your spam folder, this is beyond our control. As you mentioned that the debt collection company's communication attempts also ended up in your spam folder, we would ask you to check your spam settings and/or this folder regularly, as it is in your own interest to do so.
We have tried to contact you several times over a period of 6 months to clarify your situation. Unfortunately, our efforts have been unsuccessful.
We regret that you have been faced with additional costs as a result of the debt collection agency's intervention. We have no influence on the costs of the debt collection agency.We always endeavor to support our customers in the event of problems with payments, and early communication is crucial here.
We would like to reject the accusation of a lack of empathy and customer service. As previously explained, we always work hard to find a solution for our customers, but unfortunately the costs incurred can no longer be avoided at this late stage.

SCAM company!
SCAM company!! They automatically lock you into a yearly subscription even though no contract is signed. They then INCREASE the cost of the yearly amount and demand you pay it. Their website says that it can be terminated within 14 days if they adjust the price, but when I try they just argue with me and don't let me cancel. Do not give them your money!!!

Thank you for your honest feedback. For us, it is unfortunate that you are disappointed with our services.
We try to make our terms & conditions as transparent as possible to our customers to avoid unclear situations. In our terms & conditions different regulations, like the contract terms or notice periods, can be found.
As an extra service we send several reminders (to the end of a year) to ask our customers who have neither booked the license booking for the next year nor have terminated their system participation in time to book their license volumes for the following year.
For us as a dual system it is moreover important, to inform our customers as often as possible that the system participation will be prolonged if not actively terminated within the period defined in our terms & conditions.
At the same time we inform our customers that we invoice and report the packaging volumes of the last active booking if we don’t receive any feedback until the announced deadline.
In your special case, we have not received any reaction on our reminders or on our prolonged reporting option as of 31.01.2024. Your system participation is cancelled due to 31.12.2024.
Due to increased market costs we had to slightly increase our minimum license fee for 2024 in comparison to 2023.Our current license prices are transparent and always visible in our Recycling Dual Webshop. We offered you to charge the lower license minimum fee of 2023 for 2024. You accepted the proposal.
Nevertheless, we feel sorry that you still are unhappy with the solution. It is an ongoing challenge for us to inform our customers as transparent as possible and to fulfil their needs in the best possible way.
