The item dirtier than expected. On the item listing, it was mentioned there was no obvious damage but at the bottom of the chair the was a huge white scratch. I've contacted support, but sending the item back goes out of your own pocket. Overall everything was quite inconvenient, and they seem to worry about themselves over the customer. Compared to other services I've used I would not recommened tracouk.
After being let down by the Van Club (Please don't bother using them - still waiting for the refund of the deposit). I was at a loss as to how to get a large shed to its new home. I spoke with Jason, explained everything and he sorted it all out. Two days later the shed is where it is supposed to be (still got to build it though!). The guys doing the job were great, hands on and professional so all in all I cannot fault the service. I just wish I had heard of them first rather than the Van Club. Would have saved me a lot of worry and money.
