I Ordered a bulk of licenses and even when I ran into a snag Support was extremely helpful to solve the issue Immediately. I really appreciated the care and diligence.

I've used Recycled-Software.com many times for every thing from operating systems, productivity apps, and most recently a database. Every time they work exactly as they say they will. Possibly, the best customer support I've ever seen. Recently I put in a support ticket at 3:00 a.m. and they called me back by 4:00 a.m. on my cell phone. I was told to wait a couple of days so I could take advantage of Black Friday discounts. I paid less than 15% of the retail price for my purchase.

Product key didn't work at first - got some weird error. Contacted support and they responded quickly and sent me a new one right away. All was good. Nice price and great customer service. Will use them again.

Received MS Project as expected however it was a little difficult to navigate.

I purchase frequently here and it used to be a good source for our small business to purchase Office licenses. More recently, however, (last year+) the key codes fail both the internet and phone activation (which is a huge time-waster, but we have to jump through that hoop before they will do anything) and I have to get them to get me a new key code, which then usually works.

I bought some Windows RDS licenses from them. They are per user licenses. I installed them on my server, but they didn’t work. It turns out for my environment what I need are per device licenses. Since I need the licenses that day, I bought some per device licenses from someone else. The next day I asked for a refund, they refused.

I have a question regarding the down-loading of the software that I had purchased ant it was answered immediately even though it was over a weekend.

I had trouble activating my Microsoft Visio software and Microsoft didn't let me activate with their "telephone activation", it only allowed Windows and Office activation. I called Recycled Software and Alex was quick to help me out and get activated. Outstanding service. I would highly recommend Recycled Software.
