Ordered November 30th and still to receive my products, they seem to blame Auspost for shipping delays but looking at other customer reviews it seems to be a company issue. I have been in contact with their customer service but there response is very generic and not very helpful.
It took them 10 days to pick the order and 2 days to hand the product over to Auspost after the shipping label had been created.
I am not sure if they ship the products in from overseas before shipping them with Auspost as they were not able to ship new products until they received the original products back from Auspost. Overall a poor experience and won't order from this company again.

Ordered from this company last month. Money has been taken, order confirmation received but no other movement, no tracking, refund requested - no response. Do not risk ordering from this company.

Yet to even a receive shipping confirmation after 10 days. Service is beyond slow and I have serious doubts that my order will even arrive. Don’t waste your time with The Recovery Project - purchase with anyone else. Every other business can pack and despatch orders except this business. Behind disappointing and will never purchase again.

Whilst we had some initial challenges with Australia Post, all of our products have arrived and we’re so happy.
We had to reach out to the Co for some assistance and we received direct communication from the owner who provided his help right til the end. Thanks so much

We had a few glitches to start, but these were revolved and they are working well. :)

These recovery boots are hands down the best on the market. I used to go to a local recovery center and pay a premium to use their Normatec boots, but after discovering these, I couldn’t be happier. They offer the same high-quality performance at half the price. Plus, I found a discount code (RECOVERY100) that saved me an additional $100, making them an even better deal. Highly recommend!

Ordered an ice batch and got delivered a month later. Went to pump it up for the first time massive rip around the top lid 80cm long. Cannot use it or repair it due to the location of it. Have emailed so many times and tried to contact them through return courier but nothing back at all. $150 down the drain.. stay away

This company recovery zone is a disgrace and I would not buy anything from this company and wasting your money with trying to get them to send the products - I ordered the combo ice bath and sauna for $499 back in Feb 18th 2024 - I was waiting 10 weeks to get it delivered to my house with numerous emails to them with numerous excuses why I had not received it . We were told we had to wait until the courier delivered it and then tell them we don’t want it . The communication between the transport company and recovery zone was nil existent . They would blame each other . I eventually received my refund but only a portion because I paid through zip so $437 got refunded back to zip after another 6 weeks past now it was another 4 weeks now total 14 weeks or 3 and a half months but they deducted a shipping fee of $32 and a zip refund fee of $30 . I was really pissed off so I contacted recovery zone and they said we have followed there terms and conditions , so I contacted zip and they said they would challenge recovery zone and after 2 weeks I received today my refund of the remaining $62.81 back through the zip account . So this whole process took 16 weeks and alot of poor customer service from recovery zone and I believe they should be investigated with there processes . Go elsewhere for anything else you buy this company is a disgrace

I purchased a recovery bath on 15/12/23 on the 16/12/23 I received an email that there would be a delayed shipment and they would be unable to fulfil the order in time for Christmas and offered a refund if I didn’t want to wait. This was completely unprompted, I took the risk of hoping it would arrive on time and was very appreciative of the update. I did opt for the refund as it was a Christmas gift however customer service like this has left a great name for the business and I will be back to purchase in the future!!

The portable ice bath is wonderful & perfect for my apartment living. Sturdy easy to assemble & collapse when needed. You feel amazing taking a cold plunge & this product makes the experience possible. Quality product I highly recommend this business

From the moment I made contact with Peter and Amanda about the compression boots I have not been disappointed. My order turned up almost immediately. I was especially surprised by the comfort of the cut the boot, the flexibility of the massage patterns and the range of compression available. But then again this is the standard of service and quality of product that Peter and Amanda provide.

They appear to be genuinely interested in what they're doing. I am confident that if I needed assistance, they would be willing to assist me. The unit's quality is fantastic, and we are looking forwards to utilizing it on a daily basis.

We have received our recovery compression unit and both my wife and I use it. We are very happy with it and recommend the use before or after exercise and before bed at night. The quality of the unit is excellent and we are looking forward to using the unit daily.
