Disgraceful service
My sons SD-card crashed with 100 of photos and videos, an absolutely priceless treasure that i wanted back. I found Recovierit through Google and really thought that this program would be helpful, instead it just added more stress to an already stressful situation. I still don't have the photos and I've also lost $75.
Downloaded the software and scanned my SD-card for 4 hours. To download you needed a subscription and I was willing to pay. I asked their chatbot how to buy premium, and followed the link. Purchased what i thought was premium, however still couldn't download my files and was informed that i needed to upgrade to premium. Followed the link in the pop up in the software itself and in checkout the product was named "Upgrade to premium". Did i get premium? No, instead i now have 2 identical subscription plans. Only chatbot on the website so I emailed their support only to find that it is also operated by chatbot. The chatbot in the e-mail asked me to send a ticket through the software itself, using their feedback-feature. Surprise surprise, it was answered right away via chatbot!
I give up. I've submitted a refund request but I have little to no hope in seeing my money again. To have such a poorly service and customer service is beyond me.

Avoid Wondershare Recoverit. ... They are Fraud
***Avoid Wondershare Recoverit.***
I bought Wondershare Recoverit to recover important audio files based on its advertised claims. Instead, it recovered only file names, most folders were empty, and the few recovered audio files were corrupted and unusable.
What's misleading is that you cannot verify whether recovered files actually work without paying for the full version. File names and previews prove nothing.
When I requested a refund because the software failed to do what it promises, customer support avoided the real issue and kept delaying the process. They even asked me to upload evidence, but their own website doesn't support uploading the required files.
In my experience, the advertised refund policy is not as customer-friendly as it appears. I lost both my money and my important recordings.
Please research carefully and read independent reviews before purchasing. My experience with both the software and customer support was extremely disappointing.
