My problem :
rm * on a folder in a Virtuel machine with ext4 file system ;(

order 25539183 : 30 days money back garantee not applied even if
- I was able to view the recovered data in the demo version of the program, but could not restore it in the purchased full version.
(most of files were EMPTY !!!)
- I wrote a document explaining my probem (screen captures and all things I did)
- I spent hours and hours to complete explanantions

Bad support team, not professional at all and with big lack of technical knowledges !

They do not even understand difference between extfat and ntfs
first question :
Did you do as shown in the screenshot ? SHOW NTFS recover option but I wrote "Can't get my data back with ext4magic, debugfs and other tools"

Stupid questions like :

"Have you looked in other folders ?"

"Hello! Could you please attach a screenshot? The files are displayed in the demo version, but when you restore them to the PC, they are not displayed correctly or the program does not see them at all? Are the files displayed correctly in the preview window ?"
FILES WERE EMPTY AFTER RESTAURATION !
SOFTWARE SHOWS EMPTY FILES NAME THAT WERE CORRECT BEFORE MY RM * !!

YES but what do you want to do more than I gave you ?
Stupid questions, no analysis and think that customer is a lyier !

I gave all proof that software could not retrieve my data !

I wanted to speed up my computer and created a RAID 0 array. At first everything worked fine, but after about three months, the array stopped working, and all the important data (which was several terabytes) that I was working with was gone.
I did everything I could to restore the information. I tried many programs, and none of them worked.
