RecordGone was exactly as advertised and helped me get my record cleared in a timely manner The case staff was always responsive and set the expectation as far as timeframe ahead of time so that I was never left waiting and wondering. Staff was also friendly an pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their record cleared!

They did the work and got the reduction approved. The lawyers assigned to my case were able to get the motion pushed through. The staff was slow to communicate and often incorrect in the information provided. More than once I needed to direct them to the information I needed. They were always nice but, the level of competence seems low so my confidence in them was low.
I was told that it should take from 3 to 6 months and it was over a year. I was told that it was due to a busy court system. I found out later that it was due to the wrong forms being filed.
Overall it worked, the item is cleared.
