Bought a phone advertised as original on eBay and in recovery mode. On receipt easily got phone out of the mode through normal iTunes method and further issues were found not stated.

Found phone reporting multiple abnormalities on parts from original, left feedback as annoyed the item was misrepresented on eBay and started a return. As an after thought reached out to company to keep phone for parts for a part refund of original price to be amicable.

Company continued to claim all original after sending the report on phone through returns system, when challenged and then sent conclusive photo proof that the battery wasn’t the original apple part. Then received abusive and offensive messaging accusing of blackmail through the eBay system from the company.

Company doesn’t seem to want to resolve issues when found out that the adverts falsely claimed originality. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

One of the worst consumer experiences I had bought a phone for my ill dad in hospital which lasted 6 days. Recomm refused to fix, exchange or refund my money as they stated the phone had water damage and is unrepairable, however I believe the phone they had sent me was not fit for purpose in the first place as my ill dad was not near any water whilst he was in hospital. I will be avoiding using the company.

Sold us a batch of phones, 2 ended up being network blocked as they where reported stolen. Was told funds will be credited to our account to use on the next batch yet coincidentally they’ve stopped sending us batches to buy and ignoring all messages asking to buy devices

Bought a phone from recomm through a 3rd party website. Phone was advertised as unlocked with a minimum of 85% battery.
Phone arrived locked with insufficient battery life.
Returned promptly and was told 7 days later they were not able to unlock phones. Very strange that a phone reconditioning company cannot unlock a phone.

Great and speedy service. The iPad we bought was well packaged and exactly as described. Payment was quick and easy and delivery was prompt. Will definitely use them again!

These guys are Trustworthy, ligit, Honest, caring, professional, polite and to top it very persistent in living up to there warranty.
I have bought 2 phones from this company.
The Samsung galaxy note 3 is still working perfectly so I bought a upgrade an went for Samsung galaxy note 4.
To no fault of there's something I had downloaded I think.
They still took it back an it could not be fixed.
These guys went through hell an high water to live up to there warranty.
I was in for a lovely surprise.
Recomm had given me a brand new phone!
Not only that but I was gifted by them also because they thought it took to long to get sorted out but it wasn't.
Absolutely lovely Company, highly professional and some.
I don't have any holes to pick.
I highly appreciate what they did for me as I said I was gifted.
I was in tears when I received as I thought they solved it in a reasonable time frame.
I can vouche for them that they are the best company I have ever dealt with regarding returns.
I have even asked if I can message them every now and again to see how they are why?
Because in my experience honest, trustworthy even caring people are often hard to find.
These Guys are all that and some.
How often would you get a return from the seller like that because I never have until Recomm.
I forgot to mention my Messed up phone was also past Ebays warrenty time.
So there was no way Ebay would help either side.
Recomm had to do it all, with finesse May I add.

This company cares about its service to the public/customers.
I did have a small little incident but recomm went out of its way to right the wrong.
Delivery was quick and without incident.
The item was well packaged - i couldnt have asked for anymore - i will be using this company again and i know that the service and attention i get will be second to none.
