Stay away from this company. I applied over the phone for a Trainee Carpenter/ Framer. They ask me to come for a interview and of course I immediately organised myself and attended. The workshop is a in warehouse, where everything was mess and total shambles. I was told to speak with a person called Abbey. When I enter the workshop I ask to speak with Abbey, and I was meet through a guy that said hello and take me to a sliding saw machine and ask me if I work at this machine before. I said no and he said " oh ok you are not suitable for the position " I ask but the advert said that you are looking for Trainee, and he replied Yes but you need to know how to work on the machine then we Train you" .
Please stay away, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE !!!

Amazing customer service but nothing can match the quality of the products - honestly one of my favourite brands!

The Customer Service was good, and helpful. I purchased three cushions with inserts but the fillings were of poor quality feather. Also, the insert is much larger than the cushion cover, but it is too large thereby overstretching the cushion cover and altering the shape. I returned one cushion because it was unsatisfactory as a whole, including the fact the cover itself was not particularly well made. I was given a refund. I retained the other two cushions because they were matching covers, disposed of the inserts and purchased better quality inserts from another company. I would add though, that the range of cushion by Recoire are beautiful, and it would not deter me from buying other cushions but I would buy the cover only, and not the insert.
