We could run out of superlatives describing our experience of John and his team at Recoair. After a very informative initial visit and promptly received and accepted quotation, we postponed the actual install for 6 months. John was back in touch at the agreed time to arrange the install and managed to quickly rearrange when our unit was missed from a delivery. The actual installation was done so efficiently and respectfully that it made no impact on myself working from home on the day. Other than the items installed, there was absolutely no sign that they had even been there! No mess at all and not even minimal signs of installation on the surfaces where components were fitted. Impeccable service from start to finish.

Super happy with the install, John and team can't be faulted. I'd definitely have them back in future and would unreservedly recommend to friends.

John and Chris were exceptionally professional and friendly. The quality of their installation was fantastic. I had to wait a while as they were very busy, but it was well worth the wait. From start to finish, their service was pretty much perfect which makes a refreshing change in today's world! Thanks for doing a great job.

I think this is an excellent company. We have been very happy with the air con we purchased from them in 2017. They have also moved the system from one address to another with a minimal fee. Despite messing them around recently when I asked them to move the system another foot, they arranged a date and didn't quibble when we were obliged to cancel. They really do go the extra mile. Well done!

We needed air conditioning for our loft conversion and we found John and Chris at Recoair. We are more than pleased with the installation. We have just had John and Chris from RecoAir just fit 2 Air conditioning units in our home and we are absolutely delighted. I have wanted Air Con. for several years, so when we moved home at the end of last year, it was something high on priority list to get done.

Our house is an old renovated farmhouse, so certainly not a straightforward proposition, but John and Chris were superb at finding a solution to get air conditioning units fitted in both our master bedroom and our open plan ground floor.

I cannot praise the company enough!!. John and Chris are knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Their attention to detail and professionalism are second to none. When they leave your home you would never know they have been there as they thoroughly clean up after themselves and a surprise to me, no tunnelling into the stone walls was required….so no decorating or cleaning up afterwards required!! 😃

We had Daikon Comfora units fitted and they are so quiet. I am a very light sleeper and I have slept in many hotels over the years and I have never experienced such a silent air conditioning unit……very impressive. With a 7 year guarantee as well.

Lisa, back in the office was also very friendly and efficient and always picked up the phone / got back to me very quickly.

I highly recommend RecoAir and we will be using them again for either their home security division or for other air conditioning units when we have a conservatory and a log cabin built.

I can't rate John, Chris and Carl highly enough. Superb service from start to finish. Unfortunately the original installation was postponed because two of the team had covid, but it was re-booked quickly and the guys worked non stop to get the work done quickly. They cleaned as they went, and left everything spotless. Attention to detail was superb. I usually hate having strangers in the house, but not with these guys, and they left more like friends. To top it off, they were actually the best quote of the four I obtained! Fantastic 😊

It’s a rare thing nowadays to be able to rate a commercial business as perfect - but these guys really are just that. Others have said it in their reviews but we will repeat the facts here too! From the outset they LISTENED to our requirements and offered sensible advice and gave us plenty of options.
Cost wise they were as competitive as they could be and very accommodating in their install dates even when we changed our requirements part way through the process. Which leads nicely on the the actual work on the day - what can we say… professional, quality workmanship throughout (clearly they know their trade) and the finish was first class. Helpfulness, diligence, cleanliness (was unbelievable) and an eye for detail - not to mention their respect for your property and surroundings.
As for John and Chris themselves - two nicer fellas you couldn’t ask for. So friendly, polite, funny and approachable.
Seriously we cannot fault any aspect. Why isn’t every business ran like this? Thanks so much guys…

From initial contact through to installation John, Chris and team were extremely professional and it was a pleasure to have them install our air conditioning system. We’d looked around and contacted a number of other companies to survey and quote but unlike all those other companies John and Chris of Recoair were in tune with our requirements and looked at what was aesthetically pleasing rather than what was easiest for them to install - as though it was their own house they were looking at.
Installation was quick, the team had a eye for the finer detail and were very tidy (the vacuum was constantly going) and left our house cleaner than they found it. Luckily enough our install was just before this summers mini heatwave and the 2 twin split systems kept all the main areas of the house, both downstairs and up, at a much cooler temperature rather than the 30+ degrees we’ve experienced in the previous years heatwaves, allowing us to be comfortable all day and get a good nights sleep, with the Stylish head units being whisper quiet you can hardly hear them.
I can’t recommend Recoair highly enough in terms of knowledge, professionalism and value and only wished we’d had a install done by them years ago, as it’s made such a difference this year to not suffer in the summers excessive heat and humidity which has been the case in previous years. Friends and family are very impressed by the systems performance and looks. This has led to a family member having a system installed by them and is extremely happy with it and the Recoair team. Probably one of the best purchases we have made in many years!

We first spoke to John some months ago regarding air-con as we were having a new roof on our conservatory. Once that was sorted we asked John & Chris to install units in the conservatory, kitchen & master bedroom.
The whole process from beginning to end was faultless. The units do exactly as we wanted. The work was exemplary, and with the slightest mess. We cannot recommend this company or the workforce highly enough, nothing was too much trouble, the standard of work beyond reproach.

Couldn't have gone better. It's not just the big things the guys excelled at - top quality affordable domestic AC expertly & speedily installed with minimum disruption but the little things as well such as thoroughly cleaning up after themselves & patient & clear explanation of how to work it. So nice to find such a polite & considerate team who have a very well thought out & executed business model.

We have had a brilliant service from John and Chris, Kept informed of the date they would be coming. The design of the aircon as we wished, very easy to use. We had a 2.5kw system in the bedroom and it cools the whole bungalow as they said it would. So pleased with it and so glad we had it put in now it is so warm. The team at Recoair are extremely impressive. Rarely have we come across two people, John and Chris, with such strong work ethic, brilliant attitude, and quality of workmanship. Recoair promise to treat your home as if it were their own, and they deliver. We have had peace of mind in abundance whilst working with the team.

From the moment we started to work with John, he was in regular communication and we had a thorough consultation with him at quote stage.

The work itself took one and a half days to complete, to install two air conditioning units and an outside condenser. We are extremely impressed as John and Chris had allowed 3-4 days for the work just in case. The quality of workmanship far exceeded our expectations although this is exactly the quality level we would aspire for. The team worked conscientiously in and outside of our home and were considerate to our neighbours which we hugely appreciate. They ensured our personal preferences were met and exceeded and guided our decision making with expert advice.

The Daikin ‘stylish’ air conditioning unit blends into our living environment seamlessly and in a matt white, subtle, sleek, straight edge design, really is ‘stylish’ as it’s name suggests. This works perfectly in our contemporary new build. The air conditioning units are quieter than any unit we have come across before and we are blown away at how whisper quiet the outside condenser is. There are lots of useful settings on the units and we love that you can turn the LED lights off at night which is perfect for our bedroom. We love that we can control the units via an App and use remotely, as well as with a handheld controller.

We highly recommend John and Chris at Recoair; we are confident you will be in safe hands.

John and Chris installed units in our home. they were very professional and efficient. They worked very hard, hardly taking a break and totally cleaned up all the mess. The installation looks good in our rooms and all wires and connections are hidden, outside is just as tidy. I would recommend this team to anyone intending on installing air conditioning.

Brilliant work, such a neat install, great product, price and John, he understands the customer and makes honest suggestions too. We've just had two air-source heat pumps installed - the sort that are "dry" and power an indoor fan unit. We'd been looking for something like this for a couple of years, to heat an extension room and a conservatory, but had failed to find anyone in whom we had confidence to do the work.

That search ended with Recoair, knowledgeable and friendly on first telephone encounter, and a can-do attitude given that we were hampered to a certain extent by Covid restrictions, which meant that we preferred the job to be specified and priced at distance. However, this proved to be no problem with the patience and expertise of John.

Installation went smoothly, professionally, and with good humour, with both John and Chris working together as an excellent and confidence-inspiring team. The positioning and fixing of the units are top-notch, with incredibly neat ducting between the units.

And the performance is even better than I'd hoped, once temperature is reached the electrical consumption is very small, in fact today we and the cats have been warmer and more comfortable than we can remember. The units are also comfortingly quiet.

On the strength of this we are ordering a third unit for the kitchen/snug to reduce our use of the woodburner, much as we love it.

It's always nice when a home-heating investment like this turns out to be a success and one is happy to pay the bill - for a good job done.
