Superb customer service.
Fantastic service from John. I required some advice and a part supplied. John was happy to help and posted the part on the 24th dec. Arrived on 27th dec. Fitted part, now working perfectly. Thank you John for your first class service and advice.

What a great company this is! Old-fashioned customer service, keeping the customers interests at heart.
The cable on my manual recliner chair (Dunelm Monte) broke after 3 years of use, so I Google it and came across this company.
Contacted them with pictures of my cable, which I had measured incorrectly (as suggested by John). I re-measured and John was able to provide me with a replacement cable which was clearly superior to the original.
Took me 15 minutes to fit it (an expert would do it in 3 minutes!) and I am pleased as punch! An inexpensive part provided in double-quick time allowing me to repair my favourite chair!

I can only repeat what I have seen in other reviews. John responded to my question within an hour, and despatched the kit needed to get my recliner working again, after contact with the importer had said the part was obsolete with no alternative available. They were wrong! John was most helpful in every way, and the kit did exactly what was required. Thank you!

I thought I would need to replace the handsets on a pair of Himolla recliner, tilt and lift armchairs. For a fraction of the cost John rewired them. I very grateful to John for the quality of his work and his timely response. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Excellent service, phoned regarding spare cable for my aged Mothers reclining chair on 23rd December. Extremely helpful and part was ordered & received today (24th December) & able to fit before Christmas. I thought Royal Mail would struggle to get it here this year but good service there too.

Confused by what to order I rang Reclinerspares direct and John explained in language an old lady could understand which transformer I needed. A mere 22 hours since that conversation the part has arrived and my 10 year old chair is as good as new! Thank you John and the Post Office
