Very smooth and easy process. Although my phone was downgraded from good to.poor condition,I still received what I thought to be a good price.Within an hour or so of agreeing to price,I received the money.

Phone arrived faulty, their couirer lost the return. Still not been refunded, been over a month.
Phone arrived faulty, sent it back like they said using the postage label they provided.(end of February) After 2 weeks with no refund I emailed asking about it and they said it had not been received. They have started a claim with Royal Mail which can take up to 30 days on top of the over 2 weeks I have already waited.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as they provided the return label and arranged the courier, the risk of loss or delay in transit is on the seller, not consumer. The CRA requires them to provide a refund in an acceptable timeframe in these circumstances and you cannot withhold it indefinitely, while waiting for Royal Mail’s investigation outcome.
I try to explain my consumer rights to them I get the same generic response saying ’wait’.
Would not recommend buying from here

I ordered a refurbished smartphone for my wife. It arrived 2 days later in excellent condition and very well packaged. My wife is very pleased with it and I shall certainly be looking at Reboxed when I next change my phone.
Terrible experience with Reboxed faulty battery
Terrible experience with Reboxed. I returned a faulty phone over a month ago that wouldn’t even turn on, so I couldn’t reset it or fully disconnect my Apple ID (it still shows “erase pending”). I explained everything, but they’re refusing to refund me even though they’ve had the phone for weeks. Customer support is unhelpful and just repeats the same responses. Would not recommend.

i placed a order with reboxed a few months back now,the phone turned up easy to swap over from my old phone but didn't come charged at 80% at all and when i changed it up it didn't keep its charge and did charge up that well either unfortunately,customer service wasn't helpful very difficult to have any communication with anyone,i sent the phone back.

Fundamentally, it's your ethos, that got me straight away. Yes, my old phone was broken and I needed an urgent replacement ... but those weren't the only criteria that I care about. Affordable and reliable were on the list, but to find reconditioned with a guarantee, stylish with trees being planted as a counterbalance - fantastic. the whole buying a new phone process was how it should be, efficient, eco and a trusted purchase. Buying used makes perfect sense
I'd never bought a used phone before and was nervous - but actually it's a really sensible, affordable and easy way to upgrade a phone.
The phone itself arrived in perfect condition and you'd never know that it had a previous owner. Don;'t think I'll ever buy new again.....

“No Phone, No Help, No Accountability”
UPDATE: Still unresolved – now escalating further.
It has now been over 7 days since my last formal correspondence and I have received no meaningful response from Reboxed.
The situation remains unchanged – I have not received the iPhone 14 Pro Max, and the “signature” provided as proof of delivery is not mine. Despite this, the company continues to avoid taking responsibility.
I have now been left with no choice but to escalate this matter. A formal Letter Before Action is being issued, and the dispute has been raised with Klarna to prevent any payment being taken for goods that were never delivered.
Due to the prolonged delays, repeated failed deliveries, and the time and stress caused by this situation, I am now seeking compensation in the region of £100–£150 for the inconvenience and poor handling of this matter.
This has gone far beyond a simple delivery issue and reflects a serious lack of accountability.
I will update this review again following the outcome.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received.
I returned my item and have provided full proof of postage and tracking, which shows the parcel has been stuck in transit since March 15 with no updates. Despite this, the company is refusing to issue my refund and is instead delaying the process while they “investigate” with their courier.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have fulfilled my obligation by returning the item and providing proof of postage. Any issue with the courier is the company’s responsibility—not mine. Customers should not be left out of pocket because of delivery issues outside of their control.
This has been unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I am now being forced to escalate this further to recover my money.
I strongly urge the company to resolve this immediately and issue my refund without further delay.
I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing, as returns and refunds may not be handled fairly if something goes wrong.

Cancelled order not refunded properly
I ordered a phone just before the weekend and then 2 hours later sent an email to cancel the order even before it was processed and despatched.
The order was still sent and even after I explained the situation in a further email and was told a full refund would be processed £10 was still deducted from my refund amount along with the Tech Check Fee !
Unfortunately this will be the first and last time using this company
