Be Aware of Problems

Ordered an iPhone with a new case. Both were marked as delivered. Only the case had arrived. Spoke to their customer service and they confirmed that they didn't actually have the phone in stock, so it hadn't been sent and they couldn't fulfil the full order. I said no problem, because these things happen. However, they have refunded a total of £34.59 and I can confirm the phone cost a lot more than that. I have tried to get hold of customer service and they now seem to be dodging me. Fortunately, I paid via a payment plan through Klarna so I've had to report the situation to them so I'm not left having to pay for something that I've not received because it was never sent. I've now bought a refurbed phone from Amazon instead.
EDIT : Its taken a few days, but the full refund for the whole order came through today. All settled and I don't have to worry about paying off two phones when I only have one. Customer Service came through in the end.

It was excellent!

My experience went great because they provided me with excellent customer service as well as the quality of the device. Especially for the price it is impeccable. I also had quite a lot of queries regarding it and they tended to all those without making me wait too long. I would definitely recommend and use Reboxed again!

Damp warning after 3 days

Damp warning after 3 days, couldn't charge phone and had buy a Q pad. Contacted yourselves, usual if it continues contact us again. Did so and was told your not able to do anything. Very disappointed, response should have been "send it back to us, we'll send you a replacement, sorry for the inconvenience ".

Returning customer.

I've used Reboxed for years for mine and my kids phones. Never had any issues, phones are always as described, delivered quickly and in full working order. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with my purchase

Very pleased with my purchase. Communication was good. Proper courier used - not Evri. The phone is in really good condition and have had no problems with it so far - plus saved myself about £400 from buying new.

worst experience

worst, i ordered one refurbished phone, they took nearly about two weeks to send me. when i got that phone, sim card slot was not working, and when i returned it, they took another 2 weeks to check that phone and proceed my return and refund my money back. shitty service

Scam

This site is completely worthless. I ordered a phone and wanted to cancel because of some problems. They told me to refuse the parcel, which I did when it was delivered. The tracking info clearly states it was delivered to the merchant. Now they claim they can’t issue a refund because DPD lost the parcel, even though the service used was Royal Mail. It seems they are lying to claim insurance and are also keeping the phone. Never use this company.

Rachelle I am sorry this didn’t happen this time I bought my iPhone 11pro max from Reboxed and it has worked well I just thought to upgrade maybe in a couple more months I can get my iPhone 13 this iPhones has worked wonderfully I don’t regret buying from you and your help with this issue has been great thank you
