God awful service - No updates, I dropped my return off 8 days ago, and it's still in the same place.
If zero was an option i would have put zero. I can't find a drop off point. Nothing shows in their website or in google.
My tracking never updated since “printed label” even though it got scanned in at the post office. Unfortunately, Rebound a RETURN service doesn’t give updates on individual RETURNS. Makes absolutely no sense. I’m pretty sure my $200 package is lost and I can’t seem to get any assistance. If you have another option for returns please avoid this service.
Returned an order at Asda on the 9/12/22. The status changed to “received at our local hub” on the 12/12/22. It is now 20/12/22 & Since the 12th there have been no further updates. I have contacted the retailer that I purchased from and they confirmed they are still waiting for the return. I’m confused as to why this company is holding my package hostage.
I posted a return on the 8th Dec at my local post office via this service, got the email to confirm the post office had received my return and keep an eye out for updates... Great..
10 days later (Sunday 18th Dec) im receiving updates that the parcel has been delivered to your local hub which is stating the same address as where I dropped it off (The post office).
I cant make a formal complaint via Royal Mail untill after the 10th day. Coincidence much?
Where is my parcel? Its worth £90. Sort it
This place is hopeless, I got my tracking number but its been a whole month since I made the return. ReBound offers no help whatsoever and neither does Fanatics.
What the?!! Does this place even exist? Stuck with two parcels now as Tesco’s don’t know what this is and don’t accept?
We have now tried 4 retailers who process this returns and not one of them has heard of this returns company. We paid £7.15 for this return and are now stuck with an item we cannot return. It seems totally impossible to obtain a QR code to send this item back. The process makes it easy to spend money but impossible to then make the return. Shocking online return. Avoid at all costs. Phone service from Fanatics is extremely poor with lengthy hold times, even when they tell you have 30 seconds for your call to be answered. Again, appalling service levels.
I ordered from pretty lityle things us and needed to return items. I did the paperless return option. Went to the post office and they need a qr code which I did not get one. No I can't return items that I can't fo anything with.
If I could give 0 stars I would. tried to return a parcel using Asda to you courier with rebound however the barcode is not scanning so now I have gone over the returns period. Tried contacting JD Sports and they do no respond on chats or emails. Since then they are refusing my return and refund. Not happy with rebound. If you cannot give the correct working barcode then why bother
Started the exchange process through Rebound on 11/21. One of my favorite online retailers is now using them for returns/exchanges. Updates were coming in and all seemed fine. However, My item has been stuck at the same location since 11/29 with no further updates and there is no way contact anyone about it. Terrible service.. I hope this changes soon.
I had a response to my complaint about Rebound returns on 6/12. The response claimed I would have to provide further information through trust pilot in order to revive details of a drop off point in postcode SS7. So far nothing so unclear as to how this happens. Just outline this in your response please!!
Three months after trying to arrange a return for a wrong size football kit. Paid another carriage charge for it. Was provided a returns location close to me so i took it thereand left it in good faith (no receipts are available with this service, apparently, so no proof). 4 weeks after doing this I chased the supplier (kitbag) and they referred me to ReBound who hadnt received the kit yet. No reciept of proof. went back to return location and they dont have the parcel anymore. Spoke to Royal mail who the return is booked with and they dont have any live tracking information which suggests it never left the shop. I have been back twice since and no one there knows anything about it. Im not really sure what else to do now to get my refund. This has been a very clunky process to what should be reasonably straight forward.
Interesting to see so many 1* reviews here. I am having the same experience as many others - am trying to return an unwanted football shirt to the England online store. The drop off point I selected no longer accepts parcels and there is no information available on where else to drop it or where rebound has a network. Most local retailers who process parcels have never heard of them.
Same as everyone else. I cant find any information on where to locate a return drop-off point. Ridiculous! Can anyone help?
No map to show alternative drop off locations as the one I thought I’d selected, won’t accept the return. Can’t use Evri to return (they delivered) as England Store/Fantatics drives you to using ReBound Returns. So far, shocking service! How can it be so difficult to contact a logistics organisation. Plus the phone number on the website doesn’t work.
I have purchased a goods return service (via Fanatics). I chose ReBOUND and paid £7.15 for delivery. Now I can't find where to drop my parcel off. No information online at all. I mean nothing at all. It's like they are a covert organisation. I'm stuck with a paid service that delivers zero service. The Fanatics website just indicates that my parcel has now been returned, so I can't even just take the £7.15 rip-off loss a and send it using someone else. Terrible experience. DON'T USE ReBOUND.
Bought an item through Kitbag, and now want to return it. Registered the return though ReBound, as described, but nowhere does it say WHERE to drop off the parcel to. There is zero guidance on either Kitbag or ReBound, and no contact option. Also, it says it is 'paper-less' as I have no printer, and then they send you a load of documents via email you need to print off. Scandalous how companies get away with this. Never shopping with Kitbag again.
ReBound - Where do I take my parcel to? ReBOUND Tracking No: 885D32152692A
I am trying to return my INOV 8 Walking boots but the system would not give me a returns label. My email says to take it to any collect + store but I cannot find any in the County of Kent. When I tried to ring the retailer the number is "no longer active" and trying to delve further, it appears Rebound is responsible for the entire delivery/return system yet 4 stores will not take my item without a label!
Shop that I selected refused to take the return as their label printer wasn’t working even tho I paid extra to use that service and now I can’t find a list of anywhere else that accepts these returns! Ridiculous service and awful website
