Great company, super helpful, always respond really quickly and great quality rebounder. We have used them for several years after using some low quality rebounder, and will never get our mats or bungees anywhere else.

This is the first rebounder I have ever purchased or owned. As my very first one, I have nothing to compare, but I can say I absolutely love my workout. The rebounder is very well constructed. Many bungees holding it in place and the foot area does seem tight with enough give to bounce. I do wish the bounce area was a little more roomier, but it works for me and I still love it. (40 inch). I did get the one with the Support bar. This one was the T bar…. the bar moved on me each time I used the rebounder. Thinking I did something wrong assembling it. I called customer service. Spoke to Liza. …A complete asset to this company! She listened, asked questions and heard my concern. Liza said they were having issues with this bar and sent me a U shaped one free of charge. That arrived in three days… what great customer service! The U-shaped bar is a Complete game changer. I feel safe on it and it does not move.
Liza also included a DVD with beginner workouts with Anika. Love Annika as an instructor and enjoy bouncing with her and her routine.
I highly recommend this rebounder. My only regret is I didn’t get it sooner.

I really like the jump bounce, so far. I needed help putting it together, so it took a while. I’m just getting used to it, but I feel certain it will be helpful for me.

The Maximus Pro Bungee is a very good quality rebounder. More fun to use than the gym machines or floor exercises. I hope to get lots of use out of it once the weather cools down a little. Delivery was prompt and one minors issue that I highlighted to Rebound Fitness was responded to swiftly, courteously and positively.

the rebounder was easy to put together. Once done I have been using it with a free app on YouTube to be introduced to the exercises I can do on the rebounder. I am 74 and find this to be a fun way to workout.

After researching rebounders, we found that the reported quality and price of the Fit Bounce Pro XL sounded right for us. Ordering was easy, delivered on time, set up simple and the bounce is great. We dealt with customer service for one thing and it was handled very quickly and perfectly, so we have no complaints for the rebounder or dealing with the very helpful and friendly company.

Quite shocked how quickly it arrived after ordering, especially being in regional NQ. Was super easy to put together—10mins tops. First workout had me convinced it was a very good investment for the long term. Definitely a more superior ‘bounce’ than the rudimentary Fila spring-based rebounder. Very impressed.

First of all, I’m not being paid to write this review. In fact, I normally don’t leave reviews, but would give them 10 stars all around if I could. They replied to my emails immediately. Shipping replacement bungee cords has been super fast the 2 times I’ve ordered from them. I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon, and they were delivered on Saturday. I’ve been using the same FitBounce Pro mini trampoline for 7 years now almost daily and the only thing I’ve had to replace are 8 of the bungee cords. Everything from the quality of the materials to consumer service to shipping speed is top notch! I highly recommend this brand!

I am so glad my husband got this for me. I haven’t been rebounding for long but wasn’t keen on my cheaper rebounder that had a jarring bounce. My Fitbounce Pro is so worth the hefty price tag (shipping to UAE) . With its convenient folding feature and bag was able to check it in when I came back to my home base to Lebanon.

Rebound fitnesses customer service is excellent. We did a lot of research and we had a lot of questions, all of which were answered very promptly by email. Thank you, Liza for helping us choose the right rebounder. The just bounce is really good value. It is very sturdy and exactly what we needed.
