Rebound Fitness Reviews 

I recently contacted Rebound Fitness regarding spare parts for my cherished Fit Bounce Pro Rebounder, I was very pleased to receive very prompt assistance in ordering spare locking pins (even though they weren't listed on their site directly). I received the pins from their nearest warehouse within a few days, so good. A special thanks to Liza for the courteous and quick replies to my emails. Overall a great company to deal with, and I love the product (only experienced the Fit Bounce Pro thus far). I wish I had discovered Rebound Fitness earlier! They make products I enthusiastically want to share with those close to me, namely great rebounders! (Can't believe I was contemplating buying a treadmill before the Fit Bounce Pro). Very quick delivery and the product seems to be of a very high-quality. Admittedly, I haven't tried the competitors rebounders, but this seems to be an excellent option and very competitively priced.

Please read all of this, a mistake on my part and a small omission on theirs that has been sorted above and beyond.
I have left the original full review to show my mistake.
A genuine purchase, I paid over £200 and was happy to pay this knowing that lesser quality rebounders for far less money are available.
The rebounder arrived very quickly and in undamaged condition.
However, the website shows this, (copied and pasted)

Missing are the 2 DVDs the resistance bands and far more importantly the Adjustable Stability Bar.

This company did not answer the phone, but did reply to my email within 30 minutes.
All I had to do was photo the bar code on the external package, done.
My mistake, heaven only knows how I missed such a large box within the main box.
This contained the stability bar and clear instructions to fit it.
Their omission, missing dvds and resistance bands.
Although the dvds are probable superfluous because they offer a lifetime of videos on UTube.
The resistance bands are on their way.
Plus they are sending some free Grip socks and Gloves, they even remembered to asks what size I needed.
For me as a self employed trades person I always do my utmost to not make a mistake, but they still happen and I always admit when it is my fault and of course sort the mistake out pronto.
It is just part of life mistakes happen, for me a company that fixes a mistake and in this case very very quickly is a company to do business with.

Great customer service - really helpful

My sister encouraged me to buy a rebounder but not just ‘any’ rebounder but to look for a reputable brand.

After researching online and listening to many recommendations on You Tube I settled on the Fit Bound Pro XL with stability bar. I received my order very quickly! Amazing service!

I have had it now for approximately 2 weeks and LOVING IT. I can use it any time (no rain, no wind, no flies, no freezing mornings or sweltering days)!!

I started slow (as I’m in my 60’s), building up to 1 x 10 min session; then on to 3 x 10 min sessions in a day; and now I’m adding extra cardio moves as I progress.

I highly recommend this rebounder, based on my experience!!

Very happy with my experience purchasing my 48" rebounder from Rebound Fitness. It was well-packed and arrived on time and in perfect condition. I also appreciate that it came 90% assembled. Instructions were easy to follow thanks to the video links included in my purchase. After much research, I'm finding that the FitBOUNCE Pro XL is proving to be the perfect rebounder for me. So glad I opted for the 48" rebounder.

Arrived within 48 hours. The previous day, the 'sorry we missed you' message seemed disingenuous after I waited in all day, and with no tracking available to follow, it felt that it was not out for delivery at all. It was still a very fast delivery for a large item, but this 'tactic' wasted a day of my life.
The rebounder is a fantastic product, very robust and a fantastic design, great value for money. The enclosed CD seems a bit outdated, who has a CD player these days, and I'm 72? A QR code to a private YouTube video would have been preferred, therefore I've not been able to access the exercises. However this is definitely the most convenient, effective and accessible way to exercise, at any age, every home should have one!

Very, very pleased with my Maximus Pro rebounder. I did a lot of research and landed on this one. It is high-quality and easy to use. I look forward to my workout every day.

I have been looking for a rebounder for several weeks and Rebound.fitness was recommended by “the rebounding nurse” on YouTube. The JustBounce rebounder was exactly what I was looking for! 36ea - 9 mm bungees, 8 threaded legs, adjustable Tee handle for support and superior quality build at a very competitive price point.
It was easy to assemble and provides a very stable platform for rebounding.

First of all, the company is very honest and reliable. At every stage of the shipping process (I ordered the product from Greece), they made sure to check if I had received it and whether I had paid any extra customs duties... And now that I’ve received the rebounder, I can say with certainty that it belongs in the premium category and offers great value for money.

I am so excited to receive my Fit Bounce Pro XL. I was looking for a fun way to add some low-impact cardio to my home Pilates routine, at 68 years of age. This is just perfect! The bounce quality feels extremely solid, even when doing the higher jumps. Moreover, it's very quiet, I can listen to the TV or music while exercising.

I purchased the XL because of my tall height and slim build. It was easy to assemble, but my husband helped. And it just about fits into my spare room/office. If you have a small space would be an idea to purchase the smaller rebounder. Overall, I love my Fit Bounce Pro. I highly recommend it!

I bought my rebounder in June 2025 and have used it every week since. Rebound Fitness gives lifelong membership of workouts on the Vimeo site and I love a couple of the advanced workouts. I recently contacted the admin team about a technical problem and they were very helpful and responded immediately. The rebounder is a great way to exercise without putting too much pressure on the joints. I bought mine because I have always exercised but am developing many MSK problems which limits what I can do in the gym and has put an end to running. Rebounder is fun and I can do intense cardio activity without wrecking my knees. It is a very versatile piece of kit and suitable for both cardio and conditioning. You can do full body workouts using both strength and speed. If you have the space to store a rebounder, it is a great alternative or addition to the gym. It is not however silent so would not be suitable if living in an upstairs flat with other people living below. That is the main disadvantage.

Customer service response is fast and very helpful. I love the rebounder and I've had many other brands, but Maximus Pro is the best by far. I've had mine for 4 years and I'm still jumping daily! I just bought replacement bungee, and Customer service really guided me to the correct bungee. Thanks 😊

Rebounder well received and easy to put together. Pleased with the product so far, softer and quieter than the spring rebounder that I have although I value my spring for more cardio workout. Time will tell regarding the quality of the product so I can't comment at this stage.
