Phones go bad after a while
Ordered an iPhone 11 for 499€ at the best refurbished level around January 2022
Here are my thoughts:
Decent phone for the time I've had it up until after the warranty was over. The screen started showing dead pixels (now my screen has around 4 dead lines of pixels that make the phone practically unusable) and the battery became super bad despite it only being at 85% (3 hours screen time from 80% to 0% consistently). Phone became unusable at the 2 year mark so I just put it away.
It's very clear that they don't use quality parts for refurbishing their phones instead they choose the cheaper parts and it shows.
If you're looking to buy a phone from them, know you're going to have to change it within a year or 2 years depending on your patience.

Most Reborn devices are shipped with all of its original parts, the device is also factory reset and checked for any issues. We offer one year warranty by default, but you can add an additional year of warranty while ordering the device.
If a device needs a repair or a change of parts, the part is exchanged with an original part - if of course the manufacturer offers original parts. If original parts are not made available from the manufacturer, we change the parts with refurbished original parts or with compatible spare parts, for which we make sure that they are of the same quality and are thoroughly tested.
Even in the event that we change the parts with parts of the same quality (but not of the manufacturer), that should absolutely have no effect on the functionallity of the device.

I like what they do
I like what they do. The site has all the information you could need, and it's quite easy to find what you're looking for. It's a bit "noisy" in the sense that there's a lot of colors and numbers and information, but it's also a nice looking site at the same time.

I purchased an iPhone XS at Gizzmo
I purchased an iPhone XS and specifically chose the gold color. After waiting about a week, I received a call informing me that the gold option was no longer available, and they offered space grey instead. Although I was disappointed because I really wanted gold, I agreed to the change.
When the phone arrived, it looked brand new with no visible issues. However, I noticed that the battery wasn’t original, even though I believed I had paid for an original replacement. I was also informed by an IT expert that the replaced battery was very cheap and not of good quality. Later on, I noticed that the microphone wasn’t functioning properly. I contacted Gizzmo, but they told me it would take over a month to fix the microphone, which wasn’t ideal since I needed a working phone urgently. I ended up having the microphone repaired at another shop.
A few months later, I encountered another minor issue, but I was able to fix it, not sure if it's related to Gizzmo. Now, two years later, the phone is still working. Overall, I think the price is reasonable, considering you pay less than at an official store, even with the cost of repairs. However, the lack of transparency is concerning. I think I was lucky that my issues were relatively minor and that the phone still works. It really seems like they replace faulty parts with cheaper alternatives. While their customer service responds quickly, the actual repair and shipping process is quite slow.

Because of that, we offer all our Reborn customers a 1 year guarantee and a 30 day window, in which you can without hesitation return your device and we issue a full refund.
Warranty repairs can take up to one month (but that is very rare) and in some cases, if there is a more complex repair needed that would take longer, we order a new device for the customer, so they don't wait too long for a solution. There was probably some miscommunication with our colleague for which we apologize. It is of course in our interest to take care of any warranty repairs as quickly as possible.

Huawei p30 pro, damage grade C, price € 200. So, who are you kidding? A 5-year-old phone with visible damage. This model of mobile phone is still sold through Amazon and eBay, brand new, in a box for $150-200. What you are doing is pure rudeness

The prices that you are stating are not real - the cheapest model on this date in this very moment at amazon.de is 188€ (and it is also a used device) - but again, without any warranty and afterpurchase services.
