Not a strong enough diffuser sadly….
I think the ease of ordering was great and the dispatch time ok but for me the product doesn’t have a strong enough scent. I usually use scents diffusers and they fill a room with scent. The product does smell like the perfume but isn’t very strong sadly. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t purchase again.

A few things that can help strengthen the fragrance are flipping the reeds every few days, adding extra reeds if you have them, and placing the diffuser in an area with a little airflow, such as a hallway or somewhere people regularly pass by. The diffusers have a very weak scent
The diffusers have a very weak scent. I’ve had mine set up for three days now and still can’t smell the fragrance at all—even when standing right next to them. I’m really disappointed, especially since I bought the bundle.

Bought the tester pack
Bought the tester pack. The scents are amazing but unfortunately are not very long lasting. Very disappointing as they really do smell lovely but only last for an hour or so. For this reason alone, would sadly not buy again.

A brilliant company to deal with
A brilliant company to deal with, I had a bottle of perfume that had caused an issue with it's lid. A few photos taken and an email to Mollie and my problem was resolved without fuss. A special mention must go to Mollie, who I have to say was amazing and very quick to reassure me and supply a replacement bottle FOC.
An amazing company whose customer service goes above and beyond. Keep up the good work

It’s Crazy how good these fragrances are .. Theyre virtually the same as the big brands and very hard to tell them apart … Invictus, Kuoros , Savage … Customer service is top class also… Had a problem with a bottle replaced next day Too Class …. Give them a try you’ll be glad you did

Sprayer stopped working
Loved the scent. Shame the sprayer broke/stopped working after using it twice. Wouldn’t buy again for that reason

I cannot recommend Rebel Aromas highly enough. While I loved the 'Free Spirit' fragrance from my recent bundle (Order #43194), I had some longevity issues with two other scents.
What really sets this company apart is how they handle things when they don't go according to plan. I am currently in Saudi Arabia and faced major logistical hurdles returning the bottles within their standard window. Unlike other retailers who are rigid with their rules, Mollie and the team were incredibly understanding and accommodating, granting me a return policy extension until my family could get back to the UK.
It is rare to find a brand that values customer loyalty over rigid bureaucracy. Their communication was prompt, professional, and helpful. If you want great scents backed by a team that actually cares about their customers, look no further than Rebel Aromas.
