I cannot recommend RR highly enough! I contacted Rebecca after having read an article where she had made her friends Wedding dress during Covid...and cheekily asked if Rebecca might be up for making something similar for me...

Rebecca was a delight, the dress was a dream to wear and made this bride feel incredible, glamorous and comfortable all day long! I didn't think it could be done...but I was delighted to be proven completely wrong! Rebecca's expertise, insightful advice and approachable manner were a Godsend! ...and she didn't charge the Earth either! Rebecca's passion and skill made this sometimes-shy-and-a bit-reluctant-to-be-the-centre-of-attention bride shine like God damn Hollywood starlet all day long!

I love RR prints and I find the Sydney dress really suits my figure. Every time I order Rebecca has my specific measurements and the dress is ready to wear no alterations required just good to go! I’ve contacted Rebecca last minute as something has come up and she’s made my dress and posted it out for me to wear - sometimes within 48 hours (now that’s exceptional customer service!) I wouldn’t buy a dress from anywhere else now! A special event deserves that special gown and they never go unnoticed

I always get stopped and complimented. I have even been stopped at the races and featured live on ITV and was also papped and put into the papers and online! I will not order from anyone else because the quality, prints and styles are un matched!

I contacted Rebecca asking for a bespoke dress which wasn’t on her website for a very special occasion. I wanted one or the styles but in a different colour and customised to fit me. Absolutely stunning dress made for a wedding. The prints are amazing, there’s too many stunning ones to choose from. The fabric and finish honestly made me feel like a queen. So flattering.

I bought a dress for my hen party unfortunately it took so long to arrive. I had to contact customer services to chase up as it still had not been dispatched nine days after the order. Arrived in a strange oversized box Not a problem just struck me as a bit odd. It was not in any particular branded packaging or anything. It look like a box that you would get from a supermarket. Inside Of the box was no return information. Because the dress arrived after My Party I’ve now had to contact customer services again to ask how I go about returning the dress it doesn’t seem like they offer any kind of return service which I’m quite surprised about. I also couldn’t find any return information on their website again, quite surprising that cost over £200. Also struck me the quality of the dress did not match the price tag, The dress felt like quite a cheap polyester type material. Thankfully I paid via Klarna so I have set it to return because after having read other peoples reviews they seem to like holding onto peoples money!

Dresses are made to order and so it's to be expected that there's a delay sometimes. So, be prepared to wait, but I promise you it's worth it!! I am now the owner of 5 RR dresses - each one so different. Every time I wear any of them I just special and get so many compliments. Already contemplating the next purchase. Thank you RR x

Absolutely loved my dress and Hoodie from Rebecca Rhoades. Excellent quality and fitted perfect. Customer service and delivery were great too, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very upsetting.
I returned a beautiful dress because it was a little tight and didn't fit me as I had hoped.
I wish I had paid by credit card to protect my payment as a month after confirming receipt of my return, they still haven't refunded me. I am owed £263!
I have emailed several times and messaged via Instagram but I have had no replies.
It's such a shame as the dress was beautiful just not for me and they are not sticking to their refund policy.
I fear I am going to have to go to the small claims court as it's simply too much money to forget about.
I would avoid this company until they can dramatically improve their customer service.

Ordered two items, did not arrive on time, they responded to my email to say they were being custom made and would be posted the next day, despite this now being after the event they were required for. No items have arrived a month later. They are not responding to any emails and no telephone number appears to be listed. The value of the order is £500 which is a lot to spend! I will be going through small claims court. I would strongly advise not to purchase from this company.

Asked rebecca rhodes to make me a dress for the grand national from last years season 2023 very satisfied dress was made & sent out received within 2 weeks, stunning dress so many people complimented on it throughout the day excellent service from start to finish cant wait to see what she can make me for next years grand national
