I purchased their leg compression…

I purchased their leg compression massagers during their black Friday deal in December of 2025. We are days away from March of 2026 and I haven't been able to try them out yet!
I gave them grace when they sent the item without the controller. I thought because of the holiday they just slipped up, it happens. I emailed their customer support asking for the controller and they were prompt with a reply email. 2 weeks later I had to follow up asking for update on the controller, and they next day got an email with the fedex tracking .
1 week later got the controller and was excited to use my leg massagers to realize the controller needs an adapter that wasn't included either. Again, emailed them about it, with prompt reply that they would send it asap. 1-2 weeks later I had to follow up again for a status update, for them to reply with they will send it promptly.
I was ready to throw the product away until my husband wanted to try reaching out. He has sent two emails since February 2026 to now and the only reply from them was sorry, will send out asap on February 13, 2026.
February 26, 2026. Still no adapter, still haven't been able to use it, no follow up, no refund, no credit, nothing to try and make it right.

I have tried on numerous amounts of time to communicate with this business by phone but absolutely no ever answer your call. I have had a simple question yet I can't get an answer to it. Buyer beware there is no customers service by phone or text . I also tried by text and the robot keeps telling to ask a different question when I rephrase it I get the same answer please rephrase the question. When I call it says please while we get a representative but never has anyone answered the call or the voice mail.

Zero Customer Service

I wanted 1 of the leg massagers. They sent me 2 and charged me for 2. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 3 weeks by sending messages on their website and calling the phone number which they never answer. Lately, the phone number just plays music forever and does not allow you to leave a message. I want a return label to send one back. I will have to pay for the return myself and put in a dispute if I don't see a refund. In the meantime they are sending me 2 or 3 sales emails a day. Tacky!!

I wish I would’ve went with my gut and…

I wish I would’ve went with my gut and purchasing this product but instead, I tried to give it a chance. The product was super tight. It felt like it was ringing my skin out like a washcloth.
When I ship it back today I have to pay a 10% restocking fee as well as shipping and handling. So now I’m out of a product and money. Do better! Stand by your product so the customer won’t have to pay out of those fees! It’s ridiculous! I will not repurchase and anyone who asked me how the product is I will let them know! It’s not a good product!

Broke right after warranty ended

My leg compression massager worked great, right up until about 6 weeks after the 1 year warranty expired. It's not been damaged in any way, and I kept it stored in its bag when not in use. It just suddenly stopped working. Now I'll have to pay an extra $50 to replace the faulty remote, which only has a 6 month warranty and no refunds. Pretty low quality junk for $184!

I bought this and it failed to function…

I bought this and it failed to function from the begining. For its cost it has limited functionality as it is. This product will not work while plugged in. That means you csn only use it on the supplied battery, then have to wait for it to recharge again. Customer service said they would provide me a way to send it back for a replacement and then never did. 1. DIDNT WORK FROM THE START 2. LIMITED FUNCTIONALITY 3. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOW UP. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Don't buy Leg Massager or anything from Reathlete - they won't accept returns and have no customer service

Check the many 1 star Amazon reviews before buying anything from Reathlete. I bought the Reathlete Leg Massager. It arrived only partially working with the calf inflators not working at all. They refuse to accept a return and Amazon refuses to accept a return due to "dangerous gases" even though it is an air compressor. Just don't buy anything from this company and find a better product elsewhere or your money will be lost like mine.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. I wrote this review for their website and they did not approve it.

Here is my review:

I purchased product for my husband who didn’t end up loving it. I made the purchase feeling comfortable because they had a huge advertisement about a “risk free 30-day money back guarantee.” Turns out there is actually a 10% risk in the way of a 10% restocking fee. I was told by Shahar that I should expect to pay this kind of fee. I was waiting to leave this review in hopes that Reathlete would make it right so that I didn’t have to leave, but that didn’t happen. I do have another product from them that I do like but the company itself is using false advertising.
