My experience with Chris was very pleasant, having Chris call me to talk me through my current policy . He is very calm and not patronising. He always stop to answer my questions in the middle of his sentences.

He is not irritated with the fact that I keep asking him to repeat anything I don’t understand in his explanation.

I feel comfortable speaking with him and I am able to get the right policy to join with my initial one. Thank you Chris you are a shining star👍🙏

As retired adults, my wife and I consider the task of arranging an appropriate life assurance policy or policies to meet our families future needs, is a very important and responsible action that should not be put off until it is too late. .

I have very recently been seeking to arrange a Guaranteed Over 50 Plan for my wife in conjunction with her wishes, this was intended to be the same as my own existing plan which I had set-up, with the assistance of 'Reassured' Insurance Services through Sunlife in Dec 25. I had previously found Reassured service to be very helpful, amicable and efficient in providing the appropriate support I needed to enable me to consider and choose a plan that suited my needs. I had retained the contact details of the person I had previously dealt with as I knew I may wish to review and /or enhance my existing policy at some future point. The same Reassured staff member responded to my request very promptly enabling us to arrange a discussion to consider our needs. With Reassured's assistance we identified what we needed, the whole process was very efficient and a positive experience. We have also made a date to hold a future review.

I also took the opportunity alongside arranging a policy for my wife, to review and enhance my own Guaranteed Over 50 Plan with Sunlife, which I am very happy with.
