HORRIBLE

Should be zero stars
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Realty.com leads over the past year. The customer service is awful – it’s extremely difficult to reach anyone who can actually help, and when you try to cancel, they make the process as frustrating as possible.
Even after I canceled, they continued to charge my account, and I had to spend more time and energy trying to get those charges reversed. To make matters worse, not a single lead turned into real business in an entire year, so the service ended up being a complete waste of money for me.
I would not recommend Realty.com leads to other agents based on my experience with their customer service, billing practices, and the overall quality of the leads.

Sadly this "service" is not…

Sadly this "service" is not agent-friendly. There is no customer service number, email support response time is not usually quick and many issues exist with the portal/text link in claiming leads. I don't recommend them and have spoken with many other realtors who feel the same way. I'm definitely not surprised by the number of 1s and 2s in the reviews.

Fake Promises & Terrible Support

I was approached by Realty.com a year and a half ago. They guaranteed quality leads. They lied. While they send you a high quantity of leads, the quality is anything but. Nearly every single one was from a previous submission on another site like Zillow, and most if not all were not recent inquiries either. In other words, they use old leads and push them out as if they were new ones. Lesson learned. What I also learned is that this company is in it for nothing but the money. I submitted a request on January 6, 2026 to cancel my account. My message was forwarded to a representative who responded the same day stating that, "This email serves to acknowledge receipt of your request to terminate your account. Your final invoice is scheduled for February 3rd with services continuing through March 2nd at which point the account will be closed." Well guess what, on March 2nd, I got charged by Realty.com. I submitted payment through a separate account specifically for Realty.com, and in hindsight I should have closed it, but again, I had an email stating it would be cancelled, so I took them for their word. Lesson learned. They not only took the money out of the account and in doing so over drafted my account. I sent an email first thing on March 3rd, called, no response. I sent another email on March 3rd, called, no response. I finally received a call from a representative and an email stating, "This is being cancelled and refunded. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process." Well a a few business days went by and nothing. So I emailed and called again and again, and again on March 11th. Finally a representative replies by forwarding my email to the Director of onboarding. Ultimately I was told that it was a mistake on their end," and that it would be processed as soon as possible, where as soon as possible, I was told by a representative that a pending refund would show up in my bank account. Checked my account, no pending return. I we t to the bank, confirmed with a teller that there was no pending return. The representative’s response, “well these things happen.” NO SIR! I am still livid about my experience with Realty.com. Completely incompetent and unprofessional. I finally, after a few more business days, received my money back, but the point is that I should not have been charged in the first place because I had already received notice from the representative that I would not be. Oh, and needless to say the representative did not extend any means of compensation for causing my account to be overdrawn, and yes I did let him know. As an agent who purchased a service, let me say this flat out: BUYER BEWARE!

Horrible- they don't want to cancel my subscription

When my first year ended, they sent an email where you can make selections to renew or cancel subscription...I elected to cancel my subscription and they're still charging me and sending me properties in areas I'm about 4 hours away. I've been telling them to cancel it but they keep wanting to promote the service than listen to its customer. This experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and would never do business with them again... because, if they had respectfully canceled my subscription like I elected I would've been a returning customer.

Fiasco

Website is a fiasco. As in dysfunctional, archaic. Amazing they're still in business, or maybe not, the site might be a relic etc.
