I'm in the process of testing and RealTime labs has been extremely helpful in answering my many questions. It is nice to be able to reach someone by phone that can answer questions, especially for the amount being paid. Other companies I've used charged an additional fee to speak with someone.
I just hope my testing results are as good as their service!

Customer service disaster
Shipping was very delayed. We ended up having to hand deliver our items from out of town.
We left 5 messages and couldn’t get anyone to return a phone call.
Terrible customer service.
Product was very easy to use and the results were returned quickly after we dropped them off at the facility.
