Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars. Have been trying to get a refund, for ages but no one replies to emails. If the company is no longer operating someone needs to update website.

Was in the middle of an application and working with the company to get it processed, when they suddenly vanished from contact. There has been no reply to my emails, their Whatsapp is only answered by automated replies, and their phone number is always straight to voicemail (which also go unanswered). There have also been no updates at all to any of their social media channels.

I am beginning to wonder if they have closed shop due to the current situation - without posting any kind of notice.

Fantastic company, why don't they have more reviews I don't know, but I was very pleased with the efficient service from this company. Also many thanks to Tanya for her communication with myself answering many difficult questions.

Used this company several times over the years for business visas to Russia. No problems at all, very straightforward process on their website, they dealt with all the paperwork efficiently and I just had to go for biometrics. They got the invitation document done quickly too and gave me plenty of advice. I recommend them, especially as they answer my emails same day and I always get through to someone useful on the phone right away.
