I put in a withdrawal claim on 3/9/26. Today the claim is still not paid. Today is 3/25/26. That is 16 calender days. This claim should be paid. I inquired about the claim at the end of last week. I was told that they were proceeding to process the claim, but payment has not been made as of today. If there is something wrong or Real Prize needs clarification on some point in regard to the claim , I would gladly supply the information. Until i collect , I can only give Real Prize one star.

I submitted my redemption on Sunday evening and it's now Wednesday morning and still haven't received it I've emailed and they keep saying they're working on it it's just aggravating especially when Modo pulze chumba especially lucky land a very prompt usually you have your money the next business day even if it was my first redemption I tried a few months ago to redeem from this site the same thing I ended up playing what I should have got redeemed redemption it's only for $100 I have redeem much more on the other sites I've mentioned I don't understand most sites are instant ! Slow redemptions
Good game selection and social channel freebies. Pretty awful redemption windows most of the time though. Pretty frustrating to have to email support every time and ask what the hold up is on the redemptions. It used to be a 24 hour turn around most of the time if you were fully verified. Recently though it will just sit in requested status until I reach out to support about it. After that it usually pays out within a day without any response lol.

Real prize it comes off a little elementary with design but its recently undergone app improvement has fixed issues and bugs that were giving me issues in app. I can say I have never been able to cash out on real prize. But I havent played it hard like I do others. Good slots and sports betting . It's a decent app all the same.

Fun site took about a week or so to get my Real prize they have the best deal on any platform i played
Fun site overall. Took about a week to get my redemption, which isn’t bad. They’ve got some of the best deals I’ve seen on any platform. I enjoy pretty much everything about it. I’m in Arizona, so I don’t think I get access to all their games, but I still have a good time playing.

Originally told me, when trying to verify... “your account is permanently banned, our decision is final.” Complained on reddit and here, they reversed the decision and said "go ahead and try again." Went fine the 2nd time, redemption went OK (extra hoops to jump through, timing wasn't terrible though).

ATTENTION! MUST READ!! Real prize and its team are taking longer than they said it would, to verify my account. I have finally won redeem amount, but customer service is not available and continues to send the same automated email over and over again with no progress being made. Will change my rating and review once they finally verify my account. I provided the right documents multiple times but they still haven't verified my account so i can redeem. The first time i reached redeem amount, i tried verifying my account and i ran into the same problem, but that time, they closed my account and rejected my cry for help through emails to the support team. Its been a few days since i have been trying to verify my account with no progress. Please help.
