I paid them almost $9,000 and they sent me an invoice of the lenders they supposedly paid off. Come to find out not one was paid. I have tried numerous times to contact them and nothing. I had to pay off my creditors and I am still out almost $9,000.

Scam! They will do nothing for you and steal your money. They stole over 2000 dollars from me. On 3rd year of trying to reach them. Beware. They will clean out your account!

My cousin referred me back last summer and they did what they said.

Nothing about this company is REAL at all! I’ve been a customer since May 2021 and nothing has been paid yet! I had to always ask for statements however they had no problem taking money out of my account every two weeks without fail. On 11/8/22, I requested to cancel the service. I requested everything in my file and a refund minus their so-called fee because I was tired of going back and forth for 18 months without any resolution. I’ve called and emailed numerous times however I still haven’t received a response. STAY AWAY from Real PDL Help, they are not a Real company but Real Scammers!

They work with many PDL companies and have been a great resource to get out of the cycle.

They are also very helpful with options if your income falls

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DIME!!! Worked with them in 2016 said all debts were paid I'm trying to purchase a home and have learned the creditors were not paid. They are now calling and sending me bills. I would like someone to explain to me where my money went however they will not return phone calls or emails scam absolute scam.

I got myself into a financial mess in 2020
I had several payday loans and they were pretty much taking my whole check.
I contacted Real PDL Help, they set me up on a payment plan I could afford, got the CB lenders out of my account and helped me resolve my debts. I just paid my final payment this month. It feels so good to be debt free. And the people at Real PDL were so helpful I would refer them to anybody

No one ever answers the phone. I left an inquiry a few days ago and I called the office just to talk to a representative. No one answers. It's as if they don't exist and they are a fake company.

I have made numerous calls to PDL HELP to find out where my account is standing I have at least made 20 telephone calls nobody answers the phone. I live a detailed message with my request I wore my account stands it’s very frustrating to be sitting here not knowing what’s going on Real PDH needs to have someone just answer the phone we need to give email updates on accounts I’m really stressed about this

I believe they’ve helped MANY people in my position. I like many Americans took out a payday loan, I think it was something like 776% interest. I contacted Real PDL Help, I promptly received a phone call from Phillis, she explained how they work and what they could do for me. I went forward with them, filled some stuff out, they looked it over, I received two options with payments, (neither of which had near 776% interest) worked out what worked best for me and by Day 4 it’s all settled! I can’t stress enough how much these people know what they’re doing. I highly, highly recommend using them if you find yourself in payday loan troubles. Thank you Phillis and Real PDL Help! You guys are amazing!
