If zero stars was an option, that is what I would give this brand. Ordered a dress and emailed them an hour later wanting to cancel the order. Was then told that the order was cancelled. Then I was sent my cancelled order and can't get a refund until I send it back. The customer service team is incapable and take so long to respond to emails.
Very surprised to see these negative reviews :S whenever I have emailed customer service I have had a response from them within a few hours, always friendly and helpful.
I have bought 1 dress from them which I then returned for a different size, the process was quick and simple to return the wrong size and purchase the correct one. Refund came back quick as well. Love the quality and fit, would defo recommend.

The quality is also quite bad. There are always lots of loose threads, they arrive with holes on some occasions, and when they use prints, they're very low quality. Also after washing them once they look so dull The emails were all autogenerated. Horrible return process! You can't just process online, you have to email the company and await for them to get back to you. They don't process right away like major retailers. Their customer service is bad. I received my order and am returning, because for $300 I expected better quality. The dresses felt like forever 21
Worst customer service experience. They provide an email address on their website tagged with “Think of us as the girlfriend who is always there for you”. I have yet to receive a reply to my question about sizing. After two follow ups. Paying US$260 for a made in China not lined dress with shipping and duties not included and that doesn’t fit would be frustrating. After reading the reviews I understand I did well not to buy.
Réalisation Par has cute designs and silhouette. I am very happy with 1 out of 2 dresses I received.
However, it is impossible to get in touch with customer. Among all 3 emails I sent (in a time span of 10 days), Realisation only responded to 1 email and the response did not help me solve the problem at all (all I need is my order number!!!). I bought clothes from other instagram-famous brands like House of CB, and the worst customer service award absolutely goes to Realisation Par.
Will I buy from them again? Absolutely Not. I've got 99 problems and I don't want to be stressed out by Realisation Par after spending $500 again.

I'm really sad to see negative reviews! I have had a great experience with réalisation par, they are probably my favorite brand! All my friends that i encouraged to buy from réalisation had great experiences too. My packages always come in 4-5 days (i live in the US) and I receive a free tote bag! While their clothes are high-end (and pretty expensive) they have amazing quality!
I had a great experience with Realisation par. My package arrived promptly, only had to wait 3days which is super quick, I live in Ireland for reference. The item was packed with care and I received a free tote bag. I think the quality of the item reflects the price point. Definitely will be ordering more from the site.
Sad to see some negative comments. I absolutely love my Realisation Par dresses, they're beautiful light silk and I've worn and even machine washed my dresses many times, they last very well. I actually think they're inexpensive for the silk material and beautiful craftsmanship. I have about six dresses and a few skirts and tops. Only thing to be wary of if that if you buy with a discount/in the sale then returns will be in voucher form and some of the short dresses are very short. But I genuinely really really love RP, keep up the good work!
Overpriced for it's poor quality fast fashion pieces. Return is a mess. Not worth more than 10 dollars a dress trying to knock you off for $200 stay away
Although they didn’t suit me, the quality of the dresses I ordered was good. I’m giving two stars because on requesting a refund I received an e mail saying I could only get a credit or exchange because I had used a promo code. Anyone else who has this same problem please be aware that any goods bought online can be returned within 14 days for a full refund even if the item is on sale or a promotion code is used under the consumer contracts regulations 2013. If RP do not agree to refund your money, you should make it clear that you will will have no choice other than to register a court claims request (ie small claims court) and that they will be liable for all the court costs should the claim be found in your favour. That should be enough to prompt them to give you a refund as they did to me, but if you do proceed it’s a quick online form and an outlay of around £50 which you would get back.
I hope this helps anyone who finds themselves in the same position as me. It looks as though they have misled many customers on this issue and it’s just wrong and dishonest. You shouldn’t have to quote UK consumer law to them to be able to get a refund!
Realisation Par has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The dress i ordered was poorly made, they make you pay for your return shipping and don’t provide you with a label, they delete comments on their social media complaining about their service- it’s such bad form. Worst experience ever I will never recommend or shop here again
The customer service was completely useless & slow. I mistaken billing address to delivery address, and there is no way to edit or cancel even immediately after the purchase. After I emailed, they replied saying they can't do anything because it's sale. I explained how I can't possibly go and get it myself - got zero responses afterwards. They just told me to figure out things myself.
This is my first purchase and I will NEVER purchase again. The worst customer service I have ever experience, with this price.

UPDATE: Ordered for the first time in 2021 and tried giving them a chance again in 2023, but sadly the service is just as poor as ever.
Ordered the mini skirt in cookies and while it’s pretty, there are red threads at the bottom (the skirt is black), the waist band looks super worn, with threads sticking out everywhere, and the tag is hanging on by a thread. I’ve kept it since return is always a major time consuming hassle with them.
My boyfriend ordered me a dress from them too this year and has asked for an exchange but hasn’t heard back yet, even thought it’s been almost 3 weeks.
But I’m officially done with this company. I sincerely hope it gets closed for scamming people at some point.

First time I ordered the Alba dress in white strawberries. It came quick, in a pretty canvas bag and the dress was impeccable.
Naturally I wanted more, so I bought the Inez in red, but it didn’t suit me so I exchanged it for the black strawberry one. They sent me the wrong dress (a more expensive one) and I kindly told them. I sent it back and received the one in black I originally ordered, but it was faulty with threads sticking out the back and it was also much bigger in size than the previous dress.
I told them and they sent me a new one which was perfect. Phew. I’m introverted and suffer anxiety so sending items back is always a stressful experience. Once again I forgave the company and thought “well they are just people and mistakes happen” they sent a new one and that’s great service.
Later my mother wanted to gift me their cookies skirt in dahlia. She transferrred money and we ordered it to her place, so we could share the “happiness” of opening it together.
Well, it came in a dirty little bag and the papers inside were all curled up. But we thought “well it’s the skirt that counts”. I put it on, and we notice a gaping hole near the elastic band, and the skirt is also overall poor. More wrinkles in one side (ripples) and so on.
I get really sad and upset - also on my mother’s behalf who splurged to buy it for me - and so we asked for a return which they granted.
My mother convinced me in the meantime to exchange it, instead of asking for a refund, since I love my Alba dress and since I wanted the skirt for so long - and thus it begins.
They don’t respond to mail so I also wrote them on Instagram:
“Hi again,
I just looked at the piece for the last time before going to the post office and I’m really sad about this, as I love the print and fit so much. I was upset but now I’m unsure whether to get the refund, or exchange it and give the company one last chance.
Is the rippling a common issue, as well as the skirt not being very secure at the elastic band?
Thank you”

Not answering my question at all (and they have my ref number where I already stated that I want an exchange for the same piece) but of cause without holes and whatnot. And they can see photos of the faulty item on my profile which I already provided them.
I’ve paid handsomely to ship it back and provide tracking. I photographed the paperwork and sent everything back to them.
I delivered the return package to the post office June 3, it was delivered June 6, and I have written them an email and on Instagram since but have had no reply.
Their clothes is pretty expensive and yet they treat customers like this.
I order from reformation (same price range and environmentally friendly company) outside eu, almost every month, and it gets here in like 4 days. On top of that they provide a return sticker so you don’t have to pay to return/exchange. They always answer promptly and are eager to assist you.
Réalisation do not provide any of that.
I’m really sad as I otherwise like their designs and visions.
My verdict is:
Don’t order from them, it’s a gamble and they don’t care about the customers.. unless you are rich or famous, as I don’t see emrata having problems. 😓
