Quick friendly delivery

Always exceptional love how they present their records all in coloured tissue paper and a sticker saying Real Groove Records and a piece of card advertising the record store and writing what they are currently listening too. It’s nice how they treat their customers… I’d love a larger sticker to put on my cabinet :-)

Packaging is well done and protects my records through to delivery.

Great service from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the item was dispatched quickly, and the extra touches really made it special. The record arrived wrapped in crepe paper with a lovely message from the team — such a thoughtful detail.
